AutoZone Auto Parts, Humble TX

Stopped by today with what I thought was a battery issue. These guys got me in the que, checked it out quickly and determined it was a bad cell. At no additional charge they installed the new battery and I was on my way in short order.
I've been in this place twice since it opened and these guys have been prompt and courteous.and always knowledgeable.

Had my battery checked out on my Tahoe and Zachary came through replacing it. Appreciate the help!

The auto zone store #3509 went above and beyond in customer service. Glad to know some companies still have this.

So I’m guessing Sundays aren’t a good day to come. Was replacing head gasket on car and needed miscellaneous items to complete the job. The sales guy wouldn’t even leave the counter he just pointed and said it’s in that aisle. A lady walked in and asked for a bulb the guy looked up the bulb pointed to aisle and said it’s there. The lady confused said which one do I need and he still would not leave the counter and said they are all the same just pick one. The lady just left and I can’t blame her. It’s a shame because this is the closest auto parts store to my house and I was super excited when it was being built.

My rear view mirror had been knock off my jeep. I went in for a temporary fix until I had time to get to the dealership for a 700$ repair. Markus R and Anthony G said "hold on, let us take a look" short story longer.these 2 gentlemen FIXED and attached my mirror in 10 minutes! Are you kidding me! Naturally I offered them a generous tip.and they both declined and said it was our pleasure. Please leave us a review on our web site. AutoZone.what ever you are paying these gentlemen, isn't enough. Honest and proud won't find to better Gents. Thank you Markus and Anthony.

Let me be the first to say…I did not think we needed an Auto Zone in Timber Forest. However, tonight I had a change of heart. I went into the store and had no clue what was wrong with my car or if I could get home. Joel and Justice came to my rescue! These two young men were absolutely my angels! They helped me with a quick fix and I was able to get home! They are awesome! Thanks guys! #dodgechargercoolant lol

Excellent customer service! The gentleman behind the counter took the battery and was able to verify that the battery had failed and it was to be replaced under warranty. There was a bit of a hang-up in the exchange process but everything got straightened out very quickly and professionally. The team there is solid and they don't sweat under pressure. Look forward to our new neighbors. They are really bringing an excellent standard to customer service. A big thank you especially for Joel. Thank you for your help.
