Huge shout-out to Prem for doing such a quick and efficient job changing out my battery this morning. He did a check to make sure it was really done-zo, and then had me paid up and out the door in a short time. Super friendly and great customer service.

I pass two closer Auto Zone stores to come to this one on a regular basis. Great store and helpful crew. Paula is an awesome manager and really knows her stuff.

Prem went out of his way to provide exactly what I needed. He even changed my battery after hours in the parking lot. HIGHLY recommend this store. Thank you so much Prem!

Yamil went above and beyond given me the best customer service.

Paula was outstanding! I came in with a broken battery terminal needing to be replaced, and not only did she help me find the right one, she replaced the entire battery with one I had purchased without me even asking! Far and away incredible customer service!

They quickly diagnosed that my battery was too far gone and I needed a new one. Within a short time I had purchased a new battery and they installed it for me. They made it easy to be back on the road again. I'm thankful for Andrew. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

My battery died a few blocks away. They drove me back to my truck to test battery. We tested and it was bad. We replaced the battery and I was in and out in no time. Manager was awesome and Prim helped assist with driving me to the truck and installing new battery. Prim is an asset to the company and deserves recognition. Thank you all.

I purchased an online order and the checkout was incredibly easy. Not only was this customer support wonderful. But, after experiencing a long day - Emmanuel went above and beyond to help me install my windshield wipers. He was extremely courteous and professional.

Asked for help and basically got pointed in direction of parts. Asked for help again on which one I would need and was told that I needed to know which one myself. Also purchased an air compressor that I researched on their website and the actual price was 50% more in store. She modified the price but had no idea which one I had looked at online. Why even go into a brick and mortar store anymore?

I want to thank Paula and Melvin who went above and beyond when my tensioner sheered off and both serpentine belts came off. Paula offered her personal tools, had her people run for a part and was integral in getting me back on the road - I learned a lot. Melvin stopped to help as well. Both were polite and watched out for me - I appreciate them going the extra mile.
