Got a battery check free. Bought a battery, 194.00. Cashier helped me install it. I thought the price was kind of high. Everything went well. I was satisfied.

Extremely slow, employees didn’t know where basic things like hand wash were or even what the brands they carry were. Asked where the GOJO was and he was clueless. Needed to try and wash extremely sticky old grease off hands and the rent a cop at the front tried to lie saying they didn’t have a public restroom

Kendrick Mack was my hero today. As a woman who does not know much about diagnostics on a vehicle, what a blessing to have a kind person like him to help me figure out I needed a new battery. Not only did he figure out the problem, but replaced my old battery with a new one. I was up and going and back on the road in less than half an hour! Thank you Auto Zone and all of the kind helpful people at your store.

I was at the AutoZone on Harry Hines and receive excellent service from Kendrick Mack. He not only assisted me in finding the correct items for my car but he made sure that they were properly installed. Kendrick and the rest of the staff at the Harry Hines location do excellent work for their customers and not greatly appreciate them.

Ok store always busy and never enough workers. Also they never know what they have in stock thee system could say it's there but it's not. But that's auto zone for you.
