Line of customers stacks up. 1 person on register. Literally 7 other employees walking around doing seemingly innocuous tasks while avoiding eye contact and letting us stand in line.
This is the slowest autozone I've ever been to. The line was to the door, and when I finally go to counter they told me the wrong headlight for my truck after they even looked it up. So i had to go all the way back after work and stand in the long line again just to get the right part.
Usuall have exactly what I’m looking for in other in store or they mail it to me at home. Friendly fast and easy to access
I visited this location on Wed. 13th around 7: 15pm. Rahul their assistant store manager assisted me with my battery, he was very helpful and professional. Rahul is the best.
They are fully staffed and just 2 guy were attending at the costumers the other 3 were acting busy plus they were rude, I spent 30 min on the line waiting for someone to help me cuz I was carrying my alternator, and when I get attended they laughed and told me the tester wasn't working,
Left a battery to charge, then they forgot about it even when we had the paper and then told us it was charged when they clearly didn't charge it and proceeded to lie instead of just manning up and saying the forgot to charge it. Embarrassing.
Parts manager Leo was AMAZING truly saved the day came in to buy a battery for someone in need their battery died across the street the store manager was rude and said no Leo didn't care took a break so he wouldn't get in"trouble" with the SM and brought the battery and tools needed pushed the cart across the street in traffic in the blistering heat and changed the battery with a smile on his face no on could ask for better customer support/service thank you again for your help LEO you were a true blessing
I had a horrible experience with the commercial department of this location of Friday 8/18/2023. My dad is a mobile mechanic and he has a commercial account with autozone. He visited the location on Thursday and purchased a thermostat that was a warranty part. He had one of the employees confirm the warranty before completing the transaction and the employee confirmed. He wasn’t able to make it back to the store the same day to make the return so he sent me the next day (Friday). For some reason the system was indicating that the part wasn’t under warranty after the employee confirmed yesterday. Then the commercial manager ‘Zo’ and the employee stated that there was an error on their end. I called my dad so they can talk and get a complete understanding about the situation. They talked and the commercial manager said he will take care of the situation. After ending the call. ‘Zo immediately became frustrated by the situation his attitude changed instantly. He was so upset that he threw the thermostat on the counter to me instead of the receipt.
That was very unacceptable and inappropriate and I would’ve excepted more from a commercial manager because they’re supposed to lead by example for their employees.
I went there with the part number. A young Latino boy brought it. I asked if he's sure that's the right part and size. He pretended to check something on the comp and said "Yes, sure! " But it wasn't. A lot of new and very slow employees. It's quite ridiculous to educate them as they work with clients
Sold me the wrong parts and had to go back. This has happened the last two times I have gone to this location. Maybe time to find another parts store.
I came to this location and asked if someone could help me put air in one of my tires that was low. Leo was able to help me aside from the fact that this is not a service they offer to customers. It really meant a lot since I had my kid with me and I didn’t want to drive with a low tire. Thank you sooo much Leo. You have no idea what this meant for me today.
Went to get Freon & asked where it goes in the car & Dude said I need to go to my mechanic!

Some good employees here but most will do anything but check out the next person in line. They are fully staffed yet most of my time here is spent waiting to check out. Phones are priority over the check out line. They can spend an hour on the phone while you wait in line. Inventory time yup, you guessed it, priority over check out line. Considering this place is a hub you would think they would be better trained.
I came in to have a check engine light code read and was told I had to wait because they were teaching new staff. The new staff was looking under the hood and not using the code reader. I am a customer and I should come 1st not to mentionthry have only 1 code reader. UNACCEPTABLE!
Best autozone around. I went to another one and they were rude when I asked them to diagnose my car which had a check engine light on. This place was fantastic! The guy that helped me was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
Thank you Reyes for helping me. After a Kwik Kar tried to talk me into several unnecessary fixes on my vehicle, Reyes showed me what I needed and didn't need. He even helped replace filters. He would have replaced my batterie, except it was not necessary. The kwik Kar somehow did a bogus test showing the batterie Was drained. Thank you Reyes! All I can say about kwik Kar is Karma! There is a place for people so dishonest like them! Autozone, thank you thank you!
Autozone is always my go to for parts but this location has on multiple occasions been so flexible in warranty and other customer service related issues. I really want to thank the Manager Reyes for his amazing customer services
