AutoZone Auto Parts, Pleasanton TX

I went in to get a part yesterday and this employee fae gave me a bad attitude didn't want to help me I had to wait 10 mins to get help from some one. Need to help customers then be on ur phone.

Why do I have to be on hold for over 15 mins the employee that had me on hold was fae gave me a huge attitude over the phone. I called back gave me more of an attitude and still didn't even help me. But this employee shouldn't not be working here I'm sorry but don't want to work then quit

Always had a good experience at this store never had a problem, But today I called up to the store for a price check on a part I needed and came across a gentleman who was rushing to get me off the phone.i was trying to explain what part I needed but instead was being rushed to get off the phone. I was told by the gentleman that he was the only employee working at the moment, now that ok I understand it can be a lot on one person but I don’t think that gives anyone a reason to be rude to a coustomer. He could have asked if I can give a call back or be on hold until he was able to get to me, but no he decided to be rude and straight up tell me that he had other customers he needed to deal with so he had to go, and mind you he told me this all rude while I was trying to explain what I needed.wish I could have gotten a name, but I was not able to because again I was being rushed to get off the phone.

Albanian just to get some bulbs for my front lights and the guy that helped me was super sweet super nice and came outside and changed both of them for me and he educated me a little bit about my vehicle and I appreciated it

Got great help from Marissa! She was amazing and really went the extra mile at helping me test and put in a new battery. Definitely coming here first for an my auto needs.

Freddy was very helpful. Very smart young man. Definitely going back. There is a O Reilly store across the street, after Freddy helped me out im making autozone my store.

My battery in my car kept dying on me so I took it to auto zone in Pleasanton to get checked. The lady had me turn off my car then told me she could not check my battery because the plastic Cover over it was a liability. Then told me she also couldn’t jump start me because her machine wasn’t strong enough for my car…… then proceeded to jump start a DODGE RAM.
Now I don’t know much about vehicles but I’m sure a truck needs more power than a car. She told me she could sell me a battery but that I’d have to put it on at home…… then left me outside with a dead car.
So I called o Riley’s and the manager (Greg) came over and changed the battery for me
The auto some lady did not look happy she was rude.
Needless to say I’ll never go back to auto zone!

While they did not have the part I needed, they did help with the prompt couteous service. Good people.

This auto one has always treated me so well and have always been super helpful. Today I came in just to check my battery since my car had been having some issues starting. The 2 gentlemen there welcomed me so kindly and quickly checked my battery, got me and new one and even offered to switch it out for me. Overall it was a great experience and 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for service around the area.

Go to NAPA, they know what they're doing! AutoZone always claims they can't order a part, when they can. Someone needs to retrain AutoZone's employees.

Our car started heating up while at HEB and we drove around 2 blocks towards AutoZone. Without asking Jose I. For any help he came outside to help my husband. He helped us figure out that our car had no coolant. He even added the coolant into our vehicle. He was very helpful in a very stressful situation. He even wished us a safe trip home.
We need more people like Jose.

Had everything I needed in stock. Can't say much on employees. I didn't need help, I knew what I was looking for and where to get it but they were friendly when we spoke during check out. Clean store, wasn't understocked either.

This store has the most helpful, informed staff I could ever hope for from a business. They have never failed to give me friendly advice. I really appreciate the excellent service

Stoped in with two friends to see if they had a part, the part was in hand, told us twice they were closing in ten minutes while we stood there, we didn’t want to be in there any longer than we had too either, wanted to get in and get out, but the whole time felt dumb for even trying while we did, just be kind when people walk in… we are all just trying to get our way and get our vehicles running too. We went to O’rileys after that, and got in and out.

Very helpful and caring employees here at the Pleasanton Auto zone. They were very respectful and nice. I’m glad to know there are people that still are willing to help.
