Ok this location is amazing. Lady behind counter went way out of her way to help us with windshield wipers.

Extremely helpful and advice me on the needed parts and how to renew the water supply tubing and correct connectors for me to repair the driver side water supply to my windshield wiper system. The tubing water connectors had broken off in the tubing due to wear and tear. Also pointed out how to pop off the windshield wider blade to access the water tubing to the spray nozzle for the windshield.

Bryan helped me change my battery out, no complaining and great customer service! They don’t make workers like him anymore!

Sold me a new battery. Then said they can't install it. Then said they can't jump my car. So I'm $250 in the hole and stranded at an auto zone. I wish I would have just stayed home.

I came in to get replacement windshield wipers and they went above and beyond helping me out! There was some confusion about a missing adapter but Jaime made sure it was installed properly and made the whole process easy:)

Life long (decades) autozone loyal customer, until today. This was the most unknowledgeable, unprofessional, lazy bunch I've ever encountered.

I had to go find an associate for the people waiting in line. I asked about a light bulb, fir which they had no answers. I showed them the car, the fixture, the broken bulb.

They had zero interest in finding the correct part for me.

I finally got fed up. I found the package of bulbs within 30 seconds. I was going to buy them, but after I told them I was surprised by the poor customer service and that I'm not supposed to fo their job.their rebuttal was that I could leave and go to O'Reilly's down the road.so I did.

Keep in mind, it was the manager that told me this after she also refused to help.

Never again will I visit this location.

Took all my old batteries to be recycled. 1 car battery, 2 motor cycle, and 2 electric scooter.thanks

Always have parts I need at prices I can afford easy parking and employees there are very nice
