AutoZone Auto Parts, Baytown TX

My battery died at about 6: 30pm a few weeks ago. Luckily, I was at my parents house and not stranded somewhere crazy. My dad suggested that I go see Glenn at AutoZone on Park St.for a new one, because that's who had taken care of him recently for the exact same issue. Once I got there, just as my dad said, Glenn rolled out some excellent customer service and very knowledgeable assistance in helping me to decide which battery I should choose as a replacement. I really appreciate his respectful attitude, even though I knew absolutely nothing about car batteries when I came in. Glen and his staff went the extra mile during my visit to make sure I was taken care of. This is definitely my goto auto parts store from now on!

Adolfo is the best! Hands down he tackled my 2019 subrans battery change with no hesitation, and if you own one you know that is not as easy of a taks as it should be. Overall I am impressed with the patients and diligence that he used while handling my vehicle. I definitely recommend park street autozone to everyone and ask for Adolfo he gets the job done!

I recommend it to anyone who has problems and needs any type of spare part or piece for their car.

Called this AutoZone and was answered by Amanda, she was able to help me over the phone while taking care of other customers. Didn't even need to make the trip, definitely plan on stopping here if I ever need any help with maintenance on my vehicle. Thanks again Amanda if you see this, you are the best!

Employees are BEYOND helpful! I've gone from knowing the bare minimum about my car, knowing slightly more than that. Lol

Bought an alternator from a store in Baytown and they told me that it was brand new and in fact, it was a refurbished alternator. My car stopped in Houston near one store on Fondren Street. I called a mobile mechanic who removed the part for me and he also reinstate the defective alternation that I had to purchase. After the product was installed I indicated to then at the store that it was defective because the battery lights on my dash were illuminated. After I went homes, I had to go to multiple stores to have it checked and all the stores indicated that the alternator was defective. I returned to the store on Fondren which gave me a very difficult to exchange the defective battery. I had to pay another mechanic to remove and replace the other alternative. On my way to work in Oklahoma, my car stopped again, I went to have the alternator tested at the local AutoZone in Huntsville. I had to pay $150 to have it replaced and installed by another mobile mechanic within one month I had to replace three alternators. The manager Eli at the Huntsville store told me that she wrote to her district manager via email and he would be contacting me to provide me with some financial assistance, but the manager never called me. It has been over 8 months and I have never received a call from AutoZone. I told them from the purchase of the alternator that it was defective.

I wish they would have somebody at least want someone go through the items in the store and correct their websites with what is in stock because it can be frustrating driving all the way to a location because they say they have it and they get there and there was something incorrect and it's not there

Don't order on their website. They dont and can't give u updated information and things won't arrive when they say

Amanda was more than just professional in the way she handled my phone call to her store and the service she provided in getting my battery replaced under warranty and installed. I could see her dedication to her work and how personable she was with me which made me trust her and the team at this location. I was turned away from getting my battery replaced and installed in one stop at another local AutoZone without checking to see if it was even possible. Their reason didn’t make sense to me so I’m glad I called Amanda’s location just to make sure I could still be assisted as I have in the past. Thank you, Amanda!

Adolfo was such a pleasurable encounter today. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. He addressed my issue quickly and assisted me in swapping out my battery. Although my day has been a really rough one, he made it better through his service. I had many other retailers to select from I am so glad my intuition told me to come to the park street location. It was well worth the drive. Adolfo is definitely a great asset to the AutoZone family. This will be my location going forward for my auto needs. Thank you Adolfo.

Today my tensioner pulley failed leaving me on the side of the road. I called the closest autozone (which was 715 park in baytown) and Austin came out and helped me get back going again.definitely going over and beyond the call of duty. And he ensured the truck ran. Thank you guys sooo much for getting me back to work safely!

I was serviced by a gentleman named Adolfo. This gentleman was extremely courteous and help me out 100%! Trip to AutoZone was not only good service it was a good experience! Thank you Adolfo!

Every person that works here is extremely helpful, I recommend them highly, they are just so good!

Very caring people, care for their people so much, they call 911 if someone needs help. I witnessed it tonight a man fell with a bad pain and right away ask he needed help and they called 911 right away. Customer service is friendly also.

AutoZone is very helpful and understanding, I really enjoyed my experience my battery was out and they were kind enough to install my battery for me and give me and my daughter a ride of course it was walking distance but they went out of their way to help me thank you AutoZone!
