Zero help for when I asked for the exact wiper blade I needed for my jeep. The guy literally told me the wrong one and helped me no further.

Manager and assistant manager have the worst attitude I have ever seen in my entire professional career assistant manager was bad mouthing her own father with some of the most disgusting vile talk about him being in a nursing facility and wouldn’t care if he died in there all of this if front of management I told her that was so offensive. Assistant manager told me if didn’t like it I could leave l looked at manager and he didn’t say a word. Autozone should be ashamed that’s the best they have to offer. If you don’t like that’ kind of salty talk you better not go to this place and you better not send the elderly mom or dad because management is very disrespectful Management doesn’t care

I’ve gone to this location multiple times. I read the 1 star review from some lady and have to say this store doesn’t even have an assistant manager, so don’t even know what she was, or even who she was talking about. Always great customer service every time.

A change of management is over due at this location. We were sold the wrong break pads, then after returning them and purchasing the right ones we opened them only to see they were used. All the while the assistant manager being super rude, not an I'm sorry or let me get this right for you, just a cold shoulder, like it was our fault. Won't be back.

Great customer service! Checked my battery, they made a recommendation, then installed the new battery. Rana free diagnostic of check engine light and gave me the information I needed. Manager. Sharon, was friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer service representative, who assisted me is named Kenny. He is an older gentleman and extremely polite. Every time I have talked with him at AutoZone, He takes the extra effort to explain simple repairs to my various vehicles. Today his assistance allowed me to save hundreds of dollars and not go to a repair shop. Purchased everything I needed for under $60.

Kenny should be commended for his outstanding customer service.

I needed a brake light changed out and the guy a different store location would not look at my car to see if he could put it in. He assumed I needed a mechanic. So I drive over to my usual location on west 82nd. The Store Manager didn’t hesitate to at least come take a look, and in fact she found out in fact it could be changed. She changed my brake light in 5 minutes. I am very grateful. I’m a single mom and don’t know the first thing about anything relating to car mechanics. It was very important that I had this light changed, a police officer pulled me over an hour ago. I always come to this particular location for a REASON.
