This place is not safe. I bought a Star or connoisseur's march in this place and when I bought it, an African-American woman over 60 years old helped me and did not put it in the system. I had to buy another one because I don't have the receipt. They don't want to check their cameras to assure me the day I bought it because they thought they didn't have time. Had the best customer service experience here today & learned something new!
My terminals to my battery were corroded and battery charge sensor was unconnected. The manager I believe her name is Mary, was a huge help and got me fixed up! 100% will be back, appreciate the help so much!

My engine light came on, so I decided to stop at AutoZone, and had the employee scan my car with a hand-held scanner, purchase the part and fix the problem, light is now off. Thanks, AutoZone
