Went in for a replacement battery and was assisted by Kayla. She not only showed me an array of batteries, along with warranty options, but she also offered to replace it as a service which she assisted me with. Overall great customer service and highly recommend.

Friendly staff.only issue is with tool rental. Lady insists that tool has to returned where it was rented. Have no problems at any other store returning tools.

The store has no good customer service skills. Noone asked if i needed help. So i wondered alone around the store and left.

I went in for a simple switch, I've been trouble shooting my riding mower cause it won't start, turns out them nice peeps gave me the wrong part.say what you wanna. But wait till ur kicking tires in frustration then you'll also be upset that you put ur trust in a crew of useless Millies in the Elsa Auto Zone. Except that one Manny guy, he actually goes out of his way for customers.

Had a low air indicator on a tire on a Sunday Afternoon, only solution was a can of "Fix a flat".

Walked in and within seconds we had the parts we needed and were out the door. Excellent customer service.
