16 Came in tonight at 6: 30 to have my battery checked. Needed a new battery, seemed pretty straight forward. Nope. Lots of problems with the ground cable but Logan and Jacob kept on working to get this cable loose (replacement not in stock).
I am really impressed with the service I received tonight - it's almost 7 and they haven't kicked.me out yet!

Just went in for a Jet Ski battery. Connor went out and looked in my Jet Ski to get the part#. Sold me a battery and installed it. He saved my lower back from a lot of pain. Give that kid a raise!

Just wanted to give a compliment to one of your employees Adrian at the Flower Mound location. I purchased two $250 batteries for my Ford diesel truck and both did not make it to the end of the 36 month warranty. I went in to have them replaced and their system only showed that I purchased a single battery. The way it was input into their system the lady checking me out acknowledged that it was probably a typo when putting them in the system because both batteries I have in my truck are exactly the same age and model. The long and short of it is keep your receipts because their recordkeeping is terrible and it cost me $250 to replace the second battery. The more frustrating/telling part if this story is that they know it too and would not replace both batteries.
Had battery checked and confirmed bad. Staff was kind enough to swap it out. Second battery I've bought recently for 2 different cars.
