AutoZone Auto Parts, Houston TX

My car turned off at O'Reilly store next to autozone. Oreilly workers couldn't come out to jumpstart my car so autozone employee Emily came out and over to help me. I bought hubcaps here a year ago and had a pleasant experience.

The Ladies here are Very Polite and Bilingual too. They also offer a military discount WITH VALID ID, on MOST items.

Everything easily located. The shelves were sorta empty in the replacement bulb area, but impressive application of social distancing and mask wearing made me feel that everyone is adhearing to Mayors brilliant Leadership. 10 star awesome service and prices.

The commercial dept people were helpful and quick considering the situation we are dealing with.

Bull shit ass service they dont take care of customers at all dont recommend this store at all specially the manager just texting on her phone when she suppose to be working.

Everybody was very knowledgeable and I have every part that I need it they have a very big variety

I recieved amazing customer service from Gabi and Emily. These ladies went out of their way to help me out when I went there to have my battery checked. I didn't spend a penny but the customer service was unbelievable. I'm so grateful for the both of them and they were more of a blessing than they know in my time of desperation. I can't Thank you ladies enough and the store was overall very pleasant. Keep up the great work!

They advertise STP full synthetic oil 5 quarts, STP air filter & and STP oil filter for $32. But when I got to the counter it was $51. Bait and Switch. Stay away from these crooks.

Went in looking for a light bulb for my VW.the staff member took one look and knew what I needed. Great service and attention to customers. I'll be going back.

The employees were very helpful with providing the necessary tools and fluids for my vehicle repairs. All of them are professionals in their field.

Helpful workers when manager is not there to prevent them from being helpful! Lines are way too slow, especially for elderly disabled people!

Well the staff was very friendly but they told me they had parts I needed to fix customer vehicle and I drove over 28 miles to go purchase it and when I got there and tried to get it they told me that they didn't have it. So it was a really huge waste of time and gas. And my customer and my boss were both pissed at me cus of it

Don't ever come here and your car battery because they lose them and then tell you they going to look for it n they don't called call back said all they can do is give me $20 off a new.the manager don't try helping you out

The guys that work there are mostly nice and helpful people that try to help you out. They dont really know jack about cars in general, but then again neither do the customers.

Got the wrong part. I asked for battery posts she gave me terminals then acted like she would get a disease if she touched me and tossed the change in my hand. Never have had an issue in an AutoZone.
