Only had Slime tire inflator products. Got burned when I used its extension for my spare tire. Brass fitting was too soft and couldn't handle pressure. With no proof of purchase from other AutoZone, I was SOL.

This is my local part store! The GM Tommy Riddle knows his stuff, not just from looking it up in the system and is willing to go out of his way to help with situations. As long as he is here I won't go to another part store if ordering locally

I cannot recommend or praise this location enough for the exceptional service I received today. While it was just a new battery I needed, they went above and beyond installing it as well as cleaning it up. I know if I ever have any other automotive issues or needs, I will definitely be back.

The new manager darius i believe his name was, was so nice and very helpful. We were upset and stressed (hello mercedes and an autoparts store) and he didnt do anything but help us out with check out but he was so positive and just eager it made the whole encounter enjoyable and ended up making my fiance and i have a better day.

Went in to have my battery checked. Joseph was amazing! He tested my battery (it was bad) and installed a new one with a very cheerful attitude. Great experience!

Cut and paste my other review. Go to spot for all of your auto part needs. Love that when you spend 100 you get 20 to spend, and it doesn't have to be in one transaction. I get all of the parts I need for upkeep of my vehicle when it is a do it yourself job. Most of the employees know there stuff to give some advice on your job.cuz most are alike

Ample supply of goods in stock, friendly knowledgeable staff. Easy access and easily seen from the road.

Helpful staff. Manager knows who I am. He remembers my car. (That scores points with me.) As with many stores, they loan tools, but the tools are in good shape.

They don't always have what you need in store since most of it has to be ordered from their central distribution location. But the service is good and they're always willing to help however they can.

I love AutoZone customer service! They do their best to please and be helpful if and when you need help. If you purchase things from them such as windshield wipers or head or tail lights they are ready and willing to install them for free!

The staff has really good customer service skills at this location.at other location like in the west side they've been rude & try to make people feel lesser than or stupid.
