I have lived here for a few years and have enjoyed it it's quite, clean and the staff is professional and very accommodating

Overall its an ok deal! Used to live here in 2020-21. Get used to listening to loud leaf blowers all day long. Maintenance said that they could not control their schedule so get ready to hear loud motor noise at any random day and time. I had to shut myself in a washroom a few times to make phone calls. Maintenance response was fast. These are older apartments and power bills run high. Front office staff is nice apart from their total lack of control over the leaf blowers.

I haven’t moved in just yet, but I just came on here to say the leasing office employees are great! Super helpful and very friendly.

I have lived here since December 2021. Haven’t lived in an apartment since the 1990’s but due to a divorce I needed affordable housing.

Nancy, Karen and Elizabeth have gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable. The maintenance guys are prompt…. VERY quick. As someone said Karen, the manager always follow up with a call.

The units are outdated, especially the kitchen. Would love newer appliances but I’m sure that’s a corporate decision. But I was able to work around the out of date feeling of the apartment and used decor to give it a up to date feel. It’s our home, not just an apartment.

If you’re looking for a quiet place without the frills and cost of the newer apartments than Autumn Glen is worth a look.
