Amazing floral shop! I had a superb experience. Great service, very friendly staff who are highly dedicated to their work, and it shows. Mariah knew exactly what I wanted and let me tell you, she delivered! A true artist who is clearly passionate about her work. I highly recommend the shop if you’re looking for excellence.

From the blatant racism and abuse of their staff to the up charging on Walmart planters, this place is as fake as it comes. They boast about being the best floral shop in Dallas, and they may be with their unique catalogue of flowers they have. But when I heard Mariah, the store manager, speaking to her Hispanic staff calling them “estupido” and then mumble something about Mexicans under her breath I knew I’d never return to this store again. Being judged as soon as I walked in was super nice too. They source their planters from mainstays and then up charge clients by $400-$600. This place is a joke.

I love Avant Garden! Always super friendly and professional! Every arrangement we’ve ordered has always been exactly what we’ve asked for, highly recommend! And if you’re indecisive like myself Mariah is always so helpful in steering you in the right direction!

I love working with Avant Garden! Every time I visit the store, I am always greeted with a warm welcome & the team is happy to help me with any floral needs I have. Their floral designs are always stunning and creative. I personally love receiving flowers from Avant Garden, but I have also enjoyed sending them to friends & family to brighten their day.

Amazing place led by and staffed with an incredible long time team- so proud of them. Ignore any made up negative reviews made by former disgruntled very brief employees. This is a beautiful store and event floral company that will provide the utmost in service and care.

This business is ashamed of any negative truthful comments given towards them. I commented on a post of theirs on social media and they removed it and blocked me.
The comment entailed my LOVE for flower arrangements but my disagreement with their character. I support nature and flowers but I do NOT support capitalist greed. Choose a smaller local shop where the flowers will not droop in sadness due to the uncaring nature of management.

Exceptional service and beautiful flowers - we had a little hiccup with our order and delivery, but Sophie handled things perfectly. She went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as she took charge of the situation. Sophie, demonstrated a level of customer service that far exceeded my expectations.

The bouquet was fresh, vibrant, and expertly arranged. The attention to detail and quality of the blooms truly showcased their expertise. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful arrangement.

Update: When they heard I had a poor experience, they offered to send another arrangement. Still wish it had been right the first time, but very pleased with the customer service!

So disappointed. Ordered for Valentine’s Day. So pretty when they arrived but already drooping after less than 24 hours. Expected better quality for such an expensive arrangement.
