I have no complaints on the cars. They are clean and work well from my experience. If doing long term business be sure to check over everything as far as paperwork and charges

Customer service was awesome and the car was roomy and amazing as well. I want to keep it. Since coming to Avis I have been pleased with the pricing and the cars I have rented out.

Carter, a manager at this location, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I rented a car for a week, two days after I rented the car it was having issues (brakes and transmission), so I went in today to return the car and she was VERY unprofessional in the way she handled the situation. Calling me a liar, raising her voice, and being very condescending. I will NEVER rent from Avis again especially because they hire individuals like this to manage their locations.

I was charged too many times for the rental the representative said I would get my security deposit back which I didn't for the days I had that car I paid over $1,000 and thts no right i will never return i was warned in the beginning but I was thinking tht wasn't going to happen to me

Car does not have maps but nice, great staff, Carlos and more than 2 more were very helpful. Thank you

Kinda surprised the deposit went up $50, but rental processing was okay. Got an excellent vehicle, so I was pleased

Very unprofessional bad customer service I hv dealt with avis for several months now paying rentals on time every week then here comes the bs from Ms Carter she tells you. Then not only tht during the storm u hv carter tells you oh we are waiving late fees working wth drivers no one else can come in im the only one working then next day her tone change i guess wen carlos came in wth all the lies she tell then put all the unauthorized charges and i was always ontime every week out of all the thousands i gv you all for yall bs cars should hv gave a 1 or 2 week free rude unprofessional and liers close it down they dnt do anything but tk ur money and the cars are not clean or sanitize you hv to always spend ur money and clean again wen this is Pandemic cov19

This Avis location was great. They all took the time to explain the details of the rental agreement to us and they even were able to share a few laughs with us before we left. They also handled another customers questions and concerns while dealing with ours, the customer had a very bad understanding of his rental agreement but Carlos and the other staff were very professional and respectful as they explained the rental policies and did their best to help him leave with a clearer understanding. Although it did not help they did all they could. He needed to understand that they have a job to do and they are only charging the rates that are due at the time of the agreement being signed they only want to provide great customer service and that's it, sometimes it is best to just go ahead and pay for unlimited miles because when you don't you will be charged for any miles you go over.and as an uber driver you should already know clearly you will need unlimited miles and that is plain and simple.

The generosity and brand loyalty I have for Avis is unmatched. Carter makes me feel appreciated and valued every visit. I’ve been going here just over a year!

0 stars! Most of the good reviews are from fake emails and Avis themself! Do Not Rent here! They will overcharge your account they will also lie about your mileage usage, Carter is “disrespectful” and it’s tons of reviews that says the same! I repeat do not rent Here! They will curse you if you bring the car late, and text you from there personal cells unprofessionally. Carlos is a fake professional and he has snake like ways he uses Carter to do his dirty work that he isn’t man enough to do. Carter once called me telling me her midlife financial problems I thought it was very unprofessional but I played along because I needed a car.

Carter is AWESOME! As an Uber customer, she is always trying to assist us with staying on the road! She’s always professional, courteous and adds a personal touch to ensure we are able to continue to drive and stay on the road! If you’re renting from ANYWHERE, choose AVIS. Talk to Ms. Carter and she will help you stay on the road! You’ll be glad you did

Honestly i would of gave this review a 1 star but the people there treated me good. I just have a problem with the company and how there customer support sucks. I had an incident with my rental and called Avis. They didnt really seem intrested in my concerns/ problems. I guess they don't really care about the customer just the money. They were trying to add on extra fees. Honestly i shouldve just taken my business elsewhere since the begining.

Worst customer service EVER. Unprofessional and very rude via text and in person especially Carter and whoever the hell the dude was in the front.

Always have experienced excellent customer service here. Ms. Carter is AWESOME! I had a situation with my rental due to my own misunderstanding and hardship as many people are experiencing, and she stepped in and did everything in her power to rectify the situation. I can say, she didn't have to go the extra mile (s) that she went to assist me, but she did! She remained very kind and professional the whole time! Highly recommend this location!

They have had me on the road working for the past 6months now. My girl Carter always takes care of me, makes me feel right at home when I come into the location. Her and Carlos, best Avis team in Htown
