This is the best car rental in the world! /Everything was ready and they even accept debit cards! I love this place! They are my rental company for life!

After getting to the location was told that all they had was a mini-van and a jeep truck. When I asked about the SUV that I had reserved for they didn't have. As any customer would be you would be disappointed, so Donnie stated that he would call out to another location only to be told no one would answer the phone; another SUV was being brought to the lot and I was told that I could get that one. While attempted to apologize to Donnie he felt that I was badgering him as I was really trying to let him know that, when I made the reservation I was strictly going by what was stated to my order and to leave out satisfied. I then explain that to the manager to let him know of my concern and in which I hope she does.

Worst worst worst customer service and the black guy I hate him and he needs learn some manner and need to be trained how to work and talk to the customer and they are fraud too and I don’t know why Avis don’t fire that stupid worker both black and white lady no respect and they need to quit the job if they don’t like to work there. I am hoping avis is hiring new staff.

I would not recommend doing business with this company due to poor customer service. The woman who contacted me Monday hung up in my face as I was trying to communicate that the key drop box was not operating properly. Very rude.

I had an appointment for 6: 00 PM which unfortunately is the closing time for the rental company. Maybe since it was 6 o’clock the front desk clerk was rushing the service and trying to get us out of the store. I figure maybe it wouldn’t be smart to schedule pick ups during the end of the day. I am very displeased with the service and the car that was promised to us, was different than the car we received. I would not recommend the store at this location maybe try going to a different store where they do appreciate your business.
