Horrible location! Won't help you at all if there are any issues with your reservation. Rude manager! Had cars to rent but would help. Go to airport location instead!

We had reserved a car several months in advance, but when we arrived at this location, we were told, they did not have the car. In fact, they only had two cars. We were also told right away that both cars were dirty. Given that we had traveled by air, we really had no option but to accept the car.
The vehicle we were given had over 60,000 miles on its odometer. It was extremely filthy with dog hair and other trash everywhere. The employee offered a can of disinfectant spray but made no effort to help clean the car even if there were no other customers. We cleaned the car the best we could in their parking lot. After a few miles on the road, we saw that the oil life was at 1% and we later noticed that the windshield sprayer was not working. At the return of the vehicle, we mentioned these issues, but the budget employee just nodded and said, yes, ‘that happens these days’.
So, based on my experience, expect not to receive the type of car you reserved at his location. Expect the car to be filthy and have mechanical and/or electrical problems. There are many alternatives in El Paso, and I see no reason to rent from this outlet.

They gave me a car with bald tires didn't notice it until I had a flat happen to me 3.5 hours from my destination. Added a second driver to the rental which apparently they can't see because it was picked up at a different location took 3.5 hours to get back only to spend another 2 to get the driver they could see on the rental agreement to come over just to get the ok to add the 2nd driver! Someone dropped the ball big time how do they let these cars leave with bald tires. Not only did they mess with my time and had to miss my father's wake but that could've been deadly. Don't leave without checking every single inch of the cars. Horrible experience never again. To top it off they charged me for the quarter tank of gas car that was towed back they charged me an extra 71 dollars for the quarter on the car they was towed back with a flat. I didn't know we're supposed to stop at the gas station and fill up the car that is on the back of the tow truck. And to add to it I was delayed a whole day for my trip and missed today for work.all around bad.

My rental was not cleaned. There was a smell that would not go away even after I put air freshener. The tire pressure was so low that a warning signal turned on as we were driving. We had to stop and put air on all 4 tires. There was no window washer fluid to clean the dirty windows we were given. And when asked if we could upgrade to a larger vehicle we were told no the cars they had there were already reserved!? Really the last time I had reserved acar with you all on a holiday and went in to pick it up you all told me that you had no cars to give me and told me there was nothing you could do about it. Bad job Avis I thought customer service was your pride!

READ all the reviews before you rent from here. FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! We booked a full size SUV and ended up getting a mid SUV. They wanted us to pay an extra $35/day for a full size SUV. We took the smaller SUV and we were told we needed to leave a credit card on file. We used a Wells Fargo Credit Card. The next day we are getting fraud alerts from our credit card! Five different charges, all of them over $300 each. We had to close the account due to this happening! I had already read from someone that they had their credit card information stolen when they left their credit card information with this business! This place is a total scam! Don’t leave a credit card with them! They will scam you! Will never rent with them again!

We received a bill in the mail today claiming we owed them $72.66. When we called customer service they claimed we had been upset with the vehicle, traded it and then damaged it. None of this was true. In fact, we took a car that smelled of cigarette and said nothing of it. We are thankful to the customer service line but this mistake has me thinking we won’t be renting cars at this location.

Avis saved our family trip at the last minute, after our previous reservation fell through at another dealership at the last minute. After calling several places avis had exactly what we needed. We received a 2022 kia carnival mini van and it was super roomy. Check in and check out was easy and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely be renting again.

If I could leave negative stars I would!
I made a reservation online, I came to pick of the vehicle and they didn't tell me they didn't have my vehicle, instead they wrote up the contract had me sign it and took me to the wrong vehicle.
I explained this wasn't the car I reserved they said they couldn't help me that I would have to call the 1800 number.
I decided to take the car because I had stuff to do. I drove out of the parking lot and the check engine light came on I came back in and said hey I need to return this car they told me I had to call the 1800 number. Are you kidding me?
The one 1800 number agent didn't understand what was happening and kept insisting that they loction had to help, finally a call center supervisor named Luis was able to get it worked out.
The on location staff were unhelpful, poor commuicators and unprofessional. If you dont have what I reserved just tell me, do not lie or try to trick me. On top of all this at some point the staff went to the back and started laughing and caling me names.
DO NOT USE this location.
When staff behave in this manner most of the time is because they were trained my management to behave this way or not trained at all.

Service was excellent and smooth in & out. But the only issue I had was the very potent odor very very bad inside the vehicle.

Terrible service and costumer service. Was lied to a couple of times and end up paying for something that’s was not my fault. I will not be using you guys ever again. Manager at the drop off site did car about anything just sat and played on her phone and I had to repeat myself multiple times. If I could I would give them a half star or not a star at all.
