I rent from Avis frequently. The cars are always of superior quality and well kept. The staff at this location is always super helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my rental with Avis they are always pleasant to rent from the Manager is always will to my sure that my rental needs are taken care of.

I wish I could remember the young lady's name, I feel horrible. But she was extremely nice, polite, & couldn't have been more helpful! Absolutely the kindest person I've ever dealt with at a car rental business! A true credit to her profession. Avis is VERY lucky to have her & she deserves 10 stars! Thank you so much! THIEVES! So these people thought it was ok to just take out an extra $250 from my bank account without my knowledge. I paid everything online and I always check my bank account so they chose the wrong person to steal from. The elderly man with the lady voice thought he was slick. I reported Avis and notified my bank and they will definitely get that call. Also, they claim that they don’t get many cars and you will get stuck with a car that you didn’t pay for. That’s their fault though. Stay away from Avis Car Rental, Avis Rent a car or whatever they like to call themselves. Sadly, I am not the only person that had to go through this.

Associate insisted I drive a rental that shuts down and while accelerating. Absolutely no effort from Avis to get a tow or switch cars. Also billed 561.00. I am a 20 yr customer who will never use Avis ever ever again. They do not care about your safety. Enterprise here I come

This is the third time I have rented a car from Avis using the app. All three were very easy and the staff have always been excellent! Highly recommend Avis!

My family and I experienced car issues near Marshall Texas. It was late in the day and about 40 minutes away was Avis. They were about to close and was struggling in getting a cab to take me there. After a lot of calls and knowing we were not going to make it on time the Avis staff told me I will wait till you make it here. She didn’t have to wait, she was probably off the clock, but she waited over 30 minutes for us and made sure we got our rental so that we can continue our trip back home. It has been years since I experienced someone so invested in her work and invested in HELPING OTHERS (me, a total stranger), but she took care of me as if I was family. My family and I and all of the 7 of us that were traveling will be forever grateful of Avis and the AMAZING staff that they have working that have such BIG HEART! Thank you! Angel Roman

It’s always a great experience renting From AVIS BUT this last time I had a Not Good experience. A staff member at GGG Location made my day Long; even though I was told and Email From Avis Co.there would be no additional charges, she charged my account$700! It was a very stressful day because of this visit. I'm so disappointed in this location! I will Rent From AVIS Again Hopefully I Don’t have to Go To GGG Location

I had a horrible experience at this location. A particular staff member took $1700+ out of my account after telling her it wasn’t there, and that I will get her a card as soon as I’m able to discuss the charges with my lawyer. It was supposed to be a reimbursement deal due to an accident. She told me that she was going to proceed with the transaction anyway. According to their policy they aren’t supposed to take any money unless their is a certain amount present in the account. I informed her that the money isn’t there, and will not be there. She withdrew the money leaving my account $1700+ in the negative.

The absolute best place to rent a vehicle in Longview. I’ve rented with this AVIS for years and have always been more than satisfied with their customer service as well as vehicles. Fred always goes above and beyond.

Extremely pleased with the overall rental experience. Though busy at the time and having computer troubles, the staff was very friendly and still took care of getting me in a car quickly.
Though expecting a Ford SUV, we were very pleased with the Lincoln SUV.
Also love having the ability to key-drop at any time of day in returning the car. Received speedy text confirmation the next morning.
This is the only car rental establishment in town worthy of anyone’s business.
Would recommend to anyone!

Little confusing finding the rental place in Frisco but was quick and easy to rent and return the car.

Review is based on pickup at GGG airport in Texas. Sorry, although you ALL were really nice and friendly I have to say this.
Your vehicle was not cleaned. If it was, it wasn't cleaned well. I'd be more than happy to give pictures I took when I picked it up. Also when a person pays for GPS they expect it to be built into the car. Guess what the car is equipt for navigation but, the app from Toyota has to be downloaded to it. A 2020 Rav4 folks. And the GPS was not on because the app was deleted I'm sure. I was handed a Garmin Device. Very awkward to use in this vehicle because of the large navigation screen (that I couldnt use since someone took the app away) was in the way of where I would have set the device. Instead of the wind shield. I'm short so this was an issue for me. Also the Garnin had not been updated. (the staffer in the office only spoke from the office never saw her, and told me it had not been) So I took 4 hrs of my time and internet to get it updated for me to use. (Garmin has lifetime Frre updates) Not sure why the car rental staff couldnt do this. (Is not a large airport) nI had to take the car because I had to leave the next day very early for a funeral in another city.

For the amount I paid for the 30.5 hrs I had it (and I drove from airport to my kids house then left early alone next morning back that evening. It should have bern cleaned very well and the GPS app should have been installed. The price I paid I could have gotten a upgraded vehicle. But you only had 3 to offer me.

Staff was very helpful with my mom. Her rental was very clean and in perfect condition. Will use them again if we ever need another.
