The customer service was amazing! Especially Tramaine! He was very nice and respectful good rental service and my car was nice!

Turn in is a nightmare! I was threatened to be charged $250 detailing fee for having pet hair. Not only have I been to a car wash twice - my rental is 1 hour late to turn in. The lady at the counter is rude - unprofessional and not willing to listen to the fact that I do not own a pet! I am extremely allergic so I've now spent my whole lunch hour dealing with such pettiness. I will never be back to this place again!

At 0830 am I walk in the door and I’m greeted by MARIA with “we will need a 200 dollar deposit” in addition to 300 dollars for three days of rental -I was surprised and told her that when I made the arrangements I wasn’t told that. She says “if you don’t pay the deposit you don’t rent the car And I need a utility bill with your name and address on it’. I had a voter resgistration which was unacceptable - by this time I was through being harassed by Maria.
Unprofessional and rude

Got to Odessa Texas to pick up our car but had problems because my ID didn't match my insurance card different addresses but the Lady in the office was trying to help us but the 1800 number you had to call was useless

They are very nice and courteous they are not many people like that. Make you feel like family. Highly recommend this place. The staff very super friendly.

Hugh hastle and lost my deposit? Didn't get the rental had to pay for another and was a whole day wasted.

The vehicle was amazing. Picking it up was good. Dropping off the car extremely irritating and difficult. Dropped off car and was told by associate that I was getting charged for have a pet in the vehicle, I explained to him we did not have a pet in the vehicle that we have dogs at the house and there was probably some hair that transferred he then told me no you took a pet and I'm charging you for a full detail. So I was dismissed and charged 250 dollars for something I didn't do. If this is the way you train your employees I will take my business elsewhere. Not professional at all.

Rented a vehicle pulled up and lady stated it had to be over the full line, so went to put more gas and then they charged me for another day for being late. Looked on my card account and they charged me for gas also. This is not right and they need to remiimburse my money to my card for the gas, which she had me put in.

Avis in grand avenue is the place to go, make sure u ask for tremaine he will make sure he will have u right and on the road in no time
