Avocet Apartments, San Antonio TX

Inez was a wonderful tour guide. Despite us showing up early for our tour, she was happy to jump right in & show us around. She was very knowledgeable of the specific unit we saw & made the whole tour memorable!

Going down from when I first started renting here in 2018. Dogs and dog poop all over. The gates are broken more than operational. My apt was dirty whn I moved in the carpet buckling & the repaint is horrendous. High turn over in the office staffing and Diane Gonzales is ruthless. The enter your apartment without consent even when told not too!

Our visit has been one of the best experiences we have had when looking for apartments, Ms. Inez treated us excellently, she showed us some apartments so we had a better idea of ​​what they are like. He always kept us informed of any questions we had and made the conversations very pleasant. The truth is that she has excellent customer service, and she helped us a lot during the time we spent talking with her.

Everyone in the front office does such a great job and is so friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to Mrs. Inez for being so very helpful; everytime I need something she goes out her way help me; I always feel taken care of

I had such a great experience touring Avocet Apartments. The community seemed clean and friendly.
I was very grateful for Inez answering all my questions and concerns. She was helpful and answered with great detail and patience.

Any maintenance request we place, there’s a quick response. That’s huge plus to us as tenants. We also love the community. It’s easy access to 1604/151 not to mention our next door neighbor is CASA Blanca theatre. Our apartment floor plan is also fabulous. Spacious and has features that we prefer. The granite island to me is EVERYTHING! The staff is very helpful and willing to listen to concerns. They also host events and provide great food and drink options. I love the improvements made. It shows they care about their tenants and our community!

Maintenance dept got back with me fast (same day). It was a small thing really, about smoke alarms.i know how to work on them.was not sure, how far i could go.i forgot what the lease said about somethings.when he said i can do it, went right to it. Thank for getting back with me

PJ from AVOCET maintenance went above and beyond to fix my request for my new home. I was in a hurry due to work meetings and PJ made me his first priority to come and correct my error. I am beyond pleased and happy.

The apartment is very pleasing what I was looking for very nice and appealing Inez Mata was very helpful very nice attitude and was willing to help in all other aspects thank you

PJ has been one of the best maintenance men we have had! He’s always super helpful and understanding anytime I’ve input requests even when they’ve had to be over the weekend. He works hard to create a positive experience for us as residents. I appreciate it.

Unless you want your car broken into or attempted to be broken into, then look for another place since they obviously don’t care that it’s been a constant issue that has happened here along with my own vehicle.

I never leave reviews but this place is horrible. Please don’t waste your time, go to Twin Creeks next door. They fine you if you don’t bring in your trash can at night but the trash guys come at midnight (sorry I work I’m not staying up that late to bring in my trash can) I moved in 4 months ago and I haven’t had hot water once. I still take 5 minute showers cause that’s all the warm I have. I have put in numerous requests. They don’t take care of the pool at all it’s absolutely disgusting at all times. Plus they only allow 2 guests in the pool and don’t allow you to use the clubhouse for any events. They fine you for not picking up dog poop eve though the dog bags are never stocked. They never mow, or take care of any of the grass areas and they don’t have a dog park at all. Again twin creeks you can have events in the clubhouse, they don’t send threatening emails about fines, they pick up all dog poop, they mow the grass, the pool always looks amazing and everyone is super nice there! I would of never moved if it wasn’t for a bad relationship but twin creeks is the best place near Alamo Ranch for sure! Don’t waste your time at Avocet seriously!

Great apartments! Very clean and away from traffic. Inez was amazing! Excellent service skills!

So far it has been a very great experience loving here. Very quiet. Mrs. Inez helped me with my move in process. Very easy and help. Pj is great with maintenance request. My only complaint is parking. There’s never any parking spots at night and the only spot you can find is handicap but you will get towed! Very inconvenient esp living on the 3rd floor with kids. But otherwise, we love it here!

We were told we would get the keys to the apartment on July 28 but later they called and said it won’t be move in ready till July 30th. When We finally got the keys and we went to look at the apartment it wasn’t clean so we had to clean it ourselves before bringing our items over, Which delayed us from moving out of the old apartment until almost a week later which costed us more money. We didn’t have a good beginning and hopefully nothing else happens but we are still trying to settle in.

I lived here for a year and loved every minute of it:) The maintenance workers & front office folk are extremely kind and helpful. Inez in particular goes above and beyond for her people. She's great, her help and generosity has been instrumental in making this living experience seamless

There was only one problem faced me which is the mobile network ‘T-MOBILE’ is very bad.

I will talk about my experience to start renting only because today is my fourth day in the residential complex. The rest of the events will be written in the coming days. I would like to thank Miss Inez Mata. On the good reception, wonderful morals, gentle dealings, and a wonderful real estate consultant. Until the last moment, I was changing the location of the apartment, and it was open to any event. It also helped me complete the rest of the rental matters, as well as other matters. I asked her about it and she said she was passionate about helping people. She was a very nice person. Now I have rented my own apartment.

Maintenance dose there job just fine I do have other worries but for the most part these apartments attend to the small necessities needed pretty promptly. Thank you PJ for being Consistent.
