How is it that this is listed under Avon Representative when this is suppose to be a facility to house people with disabilities etc. Helping the unfortunate with love and care. I could never be so heartless. This listing is all over the place. This lady REGINA is shady and a crook the facility has bed bugs and they will steal your family members money, belonging anything they want. When my mom was being admitted she tried to tell her to hand her over all her CC cards and EBT cards. She wanted to control the meds etc. I guess so she could pick and get out the good stuff if you know what I mean. If I would have been there my mom would have never stepped one foot in this place let alone paid her in advance. My Mom suffers from some early dementia and if Regina know this she will take full advantage please do not do this to your loved one if you truly love them. Please do not send your family to this facility. This facility was recommended through a homeless shelter resource named OUR CALLING to my family member. Please do not send your family here! It's so called named "Safe Haven" but when you google it the name says something totally different. Like Home Health or something. Even the business Photo has an emoji for the business page picture this unprofessional a complete rip off. I called to arrange for my mom to pick up her clothes suit case she left thereafter being attacked and eaten alive by bed bugs. This lady said she was at the beauty shop and we should wait until around 4: 30-5 pm which we did. Called her back after the time specified. She claimed to still be in the shop. Told me to call back in 45 minutes when I did she turned her phone off and I haven't heard anything since. My mom told me she was avoiding her calls and wouldn't answer when she saw her number she didn't know my phone number so when I called she answered. After she answered she made up excuses for us not to come. She is a crook stole my moms social security money for rent when my mom paid her for 2 months. She did not give my mom one red cent back. My mom stayed at this facility Safe Haven 2401 N. Houston School Rd Lancaster, Texas 75134. She stayed for 3 days and could not stay any longer because she was being eaten alive by the bed bugs. She told Regina and she denied it. How are you going to deny bed bugs when she have the marks and bites to prove it. She is never at the facility only collects the money and she does not know what goes on there because if its not her collecting money or something she has no reason to be there. This place should be closed down. She has to know someone that's pushing her through this place is unsafe and shady. There is no way this is legal. Regina this isn't over you can have everything and the bed bugs. I tried to convince my mom to count this as a loss because her items are full of the bugs if it was there but she didn't understand anyway. I hope it was worth it how do you live with yourself knowing you are a liar and do not care about others like you should. This is truly not the business for you Satan! Satan cares about no one!
