The final decision was I didn't need a part, after all my calls and doing what he told me. He was more interested in solving my problem than making money on parts. The greatest retail customer service I’ve ever seen. The owner and his son are always so nice, helpful and will take as much time as needed to help one fix a problem. If you want to do the job yourself they’ll explain it to you.

Very Rude, I was asking for a part and the guy who answered said it was $50 bucks and I mentioned I seen one online for like 5 bucks and he said just order that china part and hung up on me. DICK!

Shelton came and fixed our washer very quickly, explained what the problem was and checked it out to be sure it was working correctly. I will surely call them the next time we need a repair. If I could give ABCO 10 stars, I would!

I called today to order a part. The gentleman kindly asked me if I had the back off the dryer. I answered no. He then told me there were two or more things that could be the cause of the dryer not heating and to get a good look at it before I came in giving him money for a dryer heating element. Wow! I am very happy. I got it all cleaned up, and my husband will look at it in the morning.then we will go get the part. And we will get it at ABCO!
