Amazing complex with a really nice staff! I had a parking issue and they did everything they could to help.

Maintenance is always on point. Keep all of your personal items out of your car, they will break in and steal your belongings in this area. Office personnel is always nice and helpful. The general upkeep of the complex is always on point.

Alex Shaw gives Exceptional service, very personable and extremely informative. Will recommend her to my other clients.

Axis is a fantastic property! After moving to Dallas for the first time from out-of-state, I found that Axis is in the perfect location to access nightlife, downtown Dallas, and all major roads to get anywhere you want to go quickly and easily.

The property staff (Danny, Alex, and Dylan) are extremely helpful, friendly, easy to work with, and always willing to immediately address any issues that may come up!

I have lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The leasing office team and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and always handle requests (even small things like needing my fridge filter replaced) with a great sense of urgency. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and dog park are well maintained and cared for. The team has also provided good communication during weather issues such as the winter storms and gone above and beyond to make sure their residents are safe and informed.

I want to especially shoutout to Alex and Alexandria in the leasing office. I met Alex when I first moved in, and she was incredibly helpful when I had travel issues arriving to Texas. She has been supportive and responsive every step of the way, and I'm lucky to call her my friend. Alexandria is a newer member of the team, but I have come to know her in the last few weeks and she is a great, outgoing, and passionate addition to the team.

I toured this property with a friend of mine. We were guided by Shaw and she did an amazing job at explaining the qualifications and amenities and even though I am not looking to move at the moment, she made we want to live here! I will definitely be considering this place in the future!

The staff of Axis at Wycliffe has been nothing but helpful, courteous, and accommodating through the leasing process. I moved here from out of state, and the leasing staff made it so easy and seamless! The halls are cleaned regularly, the pool is maintained daily, and the leasing team answer any issues very quickly, particularly Alex. She always seemed to be the one to answer my emails first, and assist in any way she could. My only real "issue" were my fellow residents who seemed to think it was OK to overflow the trash room regularly despite having a door-to-door trash service.but even then, the property team cleaned it frequently. Overall, this complex is a great option in Oak Lawn and I would definitely recommend.

This property is highly mismanaged since Sherman residential sold it. Maintenance requests take forever in days not hours. What type of property creates safety hazards by parking a forklift at the main entrance? It has been here all weekend.
