9Great software! User friendly on both the office staff and app. The best part is you can submit suggestions customizing how you would like reports and they make it happen. Plus the customer service is always helpful and kind. We were fortunate to have started using AxisCare right before COVID and it was a life saver! AdelCare, Orlando FL.
Axis users (ie the home care company) should have a way to announce their company name when using YOUR system to send clients their weekly schedual, please respond
We've used AxisCare for years and are super happy with the product and service. They are very responsive and are regularly adding new features. I would definitively recommend AxisCare!
Sometimes the app will freeze up but other thatn that its ok. Caregivers have a lot of issues with it not working while out in the field. (Clocking IN/OUT, carenotes etc)
Axiscare is the most user friendly software! It beats every other one out there. The mobile app is a bit glitchy but it will all work out in the end. Love this software.
My experience was excellent. She took the time to walk me through how to create a form and was very patient and helpful.
Very patient customer support that went above & beyond to help one of our caregivers log in. She emailed a link to create new password after the caregiver was stuck at log in. Thank you, Connie!
I just spent the most productive time with the rep from AxisCare who helped me make a few tweaks that our staff is already raving about! She was so knowledgeable and patient! We are going to save so much time we might be able to actually breathe!
We decided to try axis care so we set up a demo. The demo made it seem easy and user friendly. Our company was very excited to use this easy looking system. Once we paid and we’re given access to the system it was completely different from what we were shown in the demo. Their system is old fashioned and outdated like it’s a website from the 90’s and not user friendly. In order to function any part of the axis care system you have to watch hundreds of videos. They don’t answer their phones most of the time and take forever to respond via email. After all of this we chose to cancel immediately and go with clearcare since it’s user friendly. Axis care is refusing now to return our money when we tried to cancel immediately. They made us pay months of service in advance. I guess they are hard up for money at their 2 person operation. Don’t fall for what we did. Be warned and save yourself time and money by going with another home care management company.
