I had a consultation with Antonia and it was absolutely delightful! She listened to my entire health history and then more and made affirmed me that what I was feeling wasn’t “normal”. I left with an action plan and my own mix of herbs to drink everyday. She took a lot of time explaining everything and the WHY behind it all. It’s been 3 weeks and I am already feeling better and noticing a difference. I can’t wait to keep working with her!

I have seen Antonia for two seperate issues and am extremely happy with the results for both. I was having recurring sinus infections and had taken 2 roundsof antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids when I saw Antonia. After following her advice and protocal my sinus issue completely cleared up! The other issue is being diagnosed with Macular Degeneration. I went to Antonia for four Netri Vasti Treatments and went back to the Retinia Specialist who was expecting it to have become worse. However, it was exactly the same and the vision in my weakest eye had actually improved from 20/50 to 20/25.

For starters, Antonia is a great listener, and her questions show the depth of her knowledge and holistic approach. I went home after my first consultation with doable protocols. I also had a Shirodhara massage with Nasya treatment, which was both luxurious and therapeutic. She pulls in so much knowledge of different modalities from all of her extensive training and experience. I'm so fortunate to have found Antonia.
