Azalea Orthopedics reviews
19 Excellent care providers and Justin is great at explaining the process.
Friendly professional experience.
I have nothing but the highest of praise for the providers at Azalea Orthopedics for the pain relief and improved quality of life they have given me from my back issues! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Dr. Merrick and Heather Rasnake are EXCELLENT caretakers! I cannot say enough good things about Heather. She has always been EXTREMELY nice, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. She's the best you can ask for
Heather is excellent, she takes the needed time to actively listen to your concerns to insure she understands what issues you are having so that your Doctor can insure you are making improvements or adjustments are needed to meet long term goals and improvements.
The down side is the check in attendance are confrontational and lack of proper customer service training.
Extremely rude people who answer the phone. Don’t dare ask them any questions! They will bite your head off and laugh at you! Don’t dare have any concerns about your loved ones because they will mock you!
I have been a patient here for several years and they are always nothing but amazing. The staff is always super caring and the doctors actually take time to listen to your concerns and are active participants in your care. I have not found this quality of care anywhere else in all my years as a pain patient. Bless Dr Michaels and his PA, Heather Rasnake, for being such compassionate human beings!
Very helpful and accommodating.pleasant demeanors. Worked me in even though I was running late. Quality of care is excellent
My 10 year old daughter saw Dr. Timothy Beck for a broken metatarsal in her left foot. From start to finish we were given tremendous care by both Dr. Beck and his staff! Waiting time was almost non-existent. HIGHLY recommended.
The front desk staff were nice but they talk and play too much. Almost missed my appt cause they didnt tell me where to sit
I have never bothered to take the time to post any type of review but I am truly thankful for how helpful the staff in Dr. Merrick's office have been. They have really helped to make this process an easy one and I can not speak enough for how important that is!
Dr. Merrick's office is always a pleasure to work with, I work at Baylor Scott & White in the outpatient physical therapy department. He and his staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient.
Merrick is WORTH THE WAIT! Merrick helped my momnlaw with her backand done a GREAT job! Long wait.when we visit.but its worth the QUALITY and CARE!
Dr. Camp is the best. He did wrist surgery on me and my son just a few months apart. He is so caring and educated, and takes time to explain everything to you about the procedure. Couldn't say enough good things about him!
I love my doctor. Dr Burleson. The staff is always pleasant and makes you feel at ease. The only thing I hate is the 2 hour drive there and 2 hour drive back. But goes with the territory.
My Doctor is Dr. Merrick and he is a very caring person, I would recommend hi to anyone. Another thing I like about him is he prays with you before surgery. Thanks Dr. Merrick for caring about people's health and taking care to see they get better.
I am 23 years old and do not feel Dr. Merrick truly cared about my situation. After discovering the issue in 2013, I waited until I had healthcare through work to see him specifically after several recommendations. He said things like "your body will get used to the pain over time" about not being able to treat my back ailment. After asking if 5 years would be enough time to get used to he the pain he said "yes" then did not have a response when I brought up I had already dealt with it for 5 years and it has not gotten any better. I also asked the question as to why an abnormality that is pressing on the dead axis of symmetry for my body would only cause pain on my right side. "The nerves may be wired that way". He also did not have a response when I clarified that he had just prescribed 60 years worth of pain pills to me to be taken after each instance when the pain worsens.
First I had to wait 1hr 35 min past my appointment time to finally be seen. Then they tried to do the same thing my PCP tried after I told them that route didn't work and that's why I went there because I was not helped by my physician. Then they called in the wrong medicines! Very unhappy with the response I've gotten from Azalea clinic.
I have been seeing Dr. Merrick at this facility for a couple of years. He did an MRI on me. I called to try to make an appointment for a follow up, and I was told they don’t do it that way. That I had to wait for the doctor to call me with the results of my MRI. I waited almost 2 weeks for a phone call with the results. I was told just to follow up with pain management. I’m tired of living off of pain pills. I can’t work, or do anything. Dr. Merrick left the message on my voicemail for me to follow up with pain management. I tried to call him back so I could ask questions. The person I contacted at the office called me back and told me that he generally does not call a patient back after giving results. That I needed to just do what he said and follow up with pain management! I WANT MY LIFE BACK! I will be finding a dr that has time for me and my questions.
