Aztec Rental Center, Houston TX

My favorite place to rent from. Shawn is my personal favorite, but all the guys are experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful each and every time. The ease of pulling up and getting what you need and back on the road is second to none. Thanks guys!

We rent containers from Aztec for our remodel projects. They are great to work with and always try to work with us on timing.

I have bought many items from them over the past four years and i have rented many pieces of equipment from them. Great customer service, excellent service after the sale and top quality service on anything i have brought to them for repair.

Rented a boom lift hydraulic pump broke 1 hr into the job (Trash) returned it they gave me a another one this one would turned off and it was super slow and the settings on the remote were backwards (Trash) I didn't even get to finish my job, i told them in the morning they didn't care, bad costumer service this lifts are so old they belong in a museum now. Zero

I rented cooling fans from Aztec for my outdoor wedding last weekend (which was also when an unprecedented heat wave hit Texas. A high of 99 in the first week of May was just my luck). The fans made a huge difference in keeping my guests cool and comfortable.

What really struck me about Aztec though was their exceptional customer service. Gary and Stuart were very responsive and easy to work with. I noticed a lot of other vendors during my wedding planning process were flakey, probably because they didn't "need" my business. However, Aztec took the time to help me out (even weeks before I rented the equipment, when technically I wasn't even a paying customer yet).

Gary also went VERY far out of his way to help me when a small issue came up, and I appreciate it so much! It's always nice to know that a company you do business with will keep their word and take care of you.

Rented a lawn mover on a Friday. Salesman said I had until Monday to return it. Forgot to return it on Monday. It rained Monday and Tuesday. Received a call on Wednesday. Returned on Wednesday @ 4: 15p (They closed @ 4p). Although the calamity of errors was by fault, I would have appreciated some empathy regarding my return. Returned it Thursday @ 7a. They charged a weekly rate. Needed a lawn mover for 1 day and paid $160.00 dollars. Be aware this company is not considerate!

Customer service is not something these people specialize in! One person over phone says they service something just to be turned away by another employee when we finally arrive!

Just fantastic, absolutely way better than United and any other rental service I've used. I will not go back to anybody else but Aztec. There was no deposit needed it was an easy quick booking and Rental process and they let me extend it overnight because of unexpected job and that was but a phone call to set up. Great job guys thank you

This is the best place to get a forklift rental from. They are helpful and responsive. Julio was great!

Azteca Rental …. What a nice place to do business with.

I was in a bind as they were going to close before I got there.

I called and explained my situation and Stewart was willing to wait util after closing hours to accommodate me.

The other employees waited with him until after I was taken care.

Simply classic of these guys.

This place has a nice feel when you walk in and happy to rent from them.

Rented a wallpaper steamer. The counter help very knowledgeable and showed us how to use it. I recommend the highly.

Called about a 6" wood chipper on 1/25. Guy on the phone said they had one in stock. I put in a request that day to rent it on 2/5. Called to make sure everything was good to go, and the response was "Sorry, we rented both to someone else and there's no telling when they'll get back. " Wow.

Rented 3rollaway beds for visiting grandsons. Perfect for Boys and exceptional service! Thanx Sean for coming early for pick up!

Highly recommend for rentals. I rented an Ozone machine. The process was a breeze, less than 5 minutes and I had the machine in hand. Cost was extremely affordable. Look forward to dealing with Aztec Rental Center again soon for diy projects.

Aztec isn't just a rental center, they are more like a business partner. Their staff is truly knowledgeable and once even came to my job site when I had a problem.that wasn't even their fault!

The guy at the front counter, I forgot to get his name, was very nice and quick with getting me set up. The guy that helped me hook the light trailer we rented and shown me hownto use it was also very nice and got me out of there within 30 minutes. They where very busy. I would highly recommend this place.

I promised the team at Aztec that I would write the best review they have ever had. Mind you today is Christmas Eve and I did business with them back in August. But the invoice has been on my desk to remind and I finally picked it up to do this review. All I have to say is that this company literally went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced when it comes to customer service. They saved my event in entirety with over 100 people attending. They did not have to do what they did, but did it anyway to help. Only if every company had the customer service I experience on my trip to Houston with Aztec. If you are considering using them vs.other companies. I promise you they will do you right. Thanks you guys again 4 months later.
