Azul Lakeshore Apartments, Austin TX

No, no, and no! The worst management. After Last year winter storm, it took them almost two months to fix; this apartment has a mold and fungus problem after all. All apartment applications are cheap and have nothing to do with luxury. Oh, almost forgets, you will not get your refundable deposit back (I lived in an apartment for two years, and of course, it will not be in the same conditions.

The team made my move in very smooth and inviting. The amenities and apartment have met and exceeded expectations and i'm happy to call it home. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Unprofessional management. The apartment has mold problems. All appliances and finishes are very cheap. Also, you can forget about the balcony, because of the pigeon it is always dirty, and maintenance cleaning request like any request there takes forever.

Completely incompetent management and front desk. The apartment complex is owned by Oracle so there is no one to take responsibility for issues affecting residents.

For the entire Fall season (3 months a year) you will be woken up by landscaping crews starting at 7: 30am in the morning, every other day. The noise is so deafening it shakes the windows and it is impossible to sleep through.

The front desk is completely useless. Since the apartment complex is technically owned by Oracle, they offload all responsibility on to them and just throw up their hands and tell residents that they have to contact Oracle for any issues. Completely absurd.

Of course, Oracle is a faceless billion dollar corporation, and the phone number they have listed for the local office doesnt even work. So there is no one to hold accountable.

To management, it makes no sense to spend the money you get in rent, to actively make the lives of your residents as uncomfortable as possible. It not only defies common sense, but the noise level at such an early time in the morning is against local ordinance.

Take the minimum amount of responsibility, find your humanity and do your job. Call up the landscape company and ask them to start an hour later, this isn't that hard.

If you are one of the hundreds of residents being affected by this, I urge you to call 311 and file a noise complaint with the city.

I just moved to Azul a couple of months ago and this place is pretty amazing. Aside from the location and amazing views, the office team is great, sweet, and helpful. Maintenance is always there to get things done ASAP! I'm pretty happy to say I can call this place home. Thank you all for all that you do!

I had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex, thanks to the exceptional staff, especially Parker. Parker's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for residents made me feel valued and supported. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to go the extra mile were impressive. Shout out to Madison for helping me get an apartment here at Azul. They don't have many openings so I had to compete for a unit. She was so kind and patient with me calling everyday to check about availability. Now that I am moved in, I couldn't be happier!

Had to find an apartment while building our house. I was not at all excited to go apartment living, but honestly it’s been amazing. Everything is well kept, we have great neighbors, have only needed maintenance to come out once and they came same day.highly recommend

Been here for 2 years now-I absolutely love it! Maintenance staff is fairly quick to respond to work orders and nice. I am always greeted with smiling faces from the office staff. They are one of many reasons I continue to stay here.

Went to Azul apartments loved the location. Felt really well taking care of by office staff. They are pet friendly which was a plus too.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, & supportive. They make you feel like family. Anyone would be lucky to call this complex home!

Leasing consultants will intentionally mislead and lie to applicants inquiring about available units, then give the unit away and pretend to have never made such claims. This happens all of the time. I would not recommend Azul to anyone looking for transparent management, especially young people who are looking for a good price. There are so many other complexes in the neighborhood with good prices and superior management where you can secure a unit without the risk of this happening.

As an apartment resident, I have been fortunate to experience a truly fulfilling and enriching living environment. From the moment I moved in, I have been greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.

Been here for over 2 years and really love this complex! The office staff is so helpful and always attentive to the tenants needs. The amenities are nice (large pool, media room, business center, club room, rooftop terrace and a small gym. The gym equipment is pretty dated but still works OK. My favorite part of this complex is the location to the lake trail and easy access to downtown.

My experience living here has been the BEST! The staff is so inviting and welcomes you with big smiles- (Parker, Madison & Alyssa). Always so friendly and willing to help in any way needed.

Location is great for animal lovers with a huge grass field for the dogs to play and right next to the town lake trail. 10 out of 10 place to be:)

Great place to live, good amenities and perfect location. The leasing and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing! Best staff I have ever dealt with! They were so friendly and extremely responsive to any issues I had. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Was a great moving in Process! Very great communication with the front office the whole time. Everything I expected and needed to do was communicated to me up front prior to move in. Alyssa, in the front office, was my primary communication and she made me feel incredibly taken care of the whole time. Minor issues with the apartment when I moved in that were immediately addressed by facilities. I’ve only lived here 2 weeks but can tell I made the right decision. Will leave another review when I move out.

Extremely terrible place to live. Honest advice is to save your money and live elsewhere.
Terrible management team, poorly maintained facilities, cheaply built units (thin walls), etc.

The only benefit of living here is its proximity to the lady bird lake.
