13If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT rent from this company. The one star reviews and the reviews stating this company is a scam are all VERY ACCURATE. They seem like a good company until you get ready to return the equipment. I tried to get them to pick up my equipment before my move out date and they told me they “didn’t have drivers” so I had to schedule them to pick the equipment up on the following day after my move out date. My old apartments allowed Azuma into the apartment and the maintenance team was already in my apartment overturning it. SOO MAINTENANCE AND THE LEASING OFFICE WATCHED Azuma take the equipment. Azuma sent me a message saying the had to reschedule because the front office didn’t let them into the apartment. So I rescheduled due to me not being in the apartment and going with their word. After them rescheduling 4 times because the leasing office didn’t “let them pick up the equipment” I called my apartments to let them pick up the equipment and the office said they already picked it up the first time they came out I don’t know why they keep coming. So then I called Azuma and Azuma said the office told them they threw out the equipment already. I called my old apartments back and told them Azuma said they threw the equipment out and she said they told them they don’t know why they keep trying to pick up the equipment when they already picked them up. So then me being in the same industry decided to get it in writing with the witnesses…. IF YOU are one of the unfortunate ones to lease from them already MAKE SURE you schedule the pick up months in advance from your move out date and make SURE YOU RECORD THEM picking up the equipment because they scam you. They advertise that you will get brand new equipment so if you lease for 6 months they obviously aren’t making their money back so they have to make it back somehow so they get you with the “we never picked your equipment up” that way you have to buy the equipment from them. SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM ON RECORDING WHEN THEY PICK YOUR EQUIPMENT UP.

Carl is great and super kind, he explained really well in how to use the washer and dryer.
Had the pleasure of speaking with Fernando. He had amazing customer service, was able to arrange for my order to be delivered two days earlier and was able to help me create my account correctly while website was being updated.
I love the maintenance service I get everytime something wrong with my dryer or washer. Carl is excellent great energy everytime he comes. Thank you azuma

Carol the service tech came to install my washer & dryer and did an awesome job with excellent quality service.
Carl was very professional. He installed our new washer and dryer quickly and efficiently and walked me through each feature to ensure my best experience possible.
Carl was amazing drop off and pick up was smooth and quick. My washer hookup is leaking and he attempted to fix it and took pictures and reported to my leasing office so they could assist.
The customer service operator was very informative and gave great information regarding products.
Azuma has been amazing to work with since the beginning. I had a terrible experience with Appliance Warehouse and with Azuma it has been completely the opposite. Ruben came and installed my appliances. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. He did a great job explaining everything to me and was quick to install. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I will absolutely work with Azuma again. I also appreciate their quick and friendly customer service over the phone. Everyone has been great from beginning to end of this process.
