B & C Transmission And Automotive Repair reviews
18 Very nice people. Had a oil leak and they fixed it, asked me to come back in month to check it out and make sure everything was good, 40 minutes tops
They are the best!
Charlie and his son and the rest of the guys there are great. Gave pepboys $100 to tell me there was nothing wrong with the alignment on my truck even though if you drove it obviously was. Took it to these guys and they said it wasn't bad but made some adjustments. Showed me exactly the before and after print out. The slight adjustments they made was all the difference. Drives straight and correct now. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
First I’d like to say Charlie at the front desk is a great guy! That being said I took my Tahoe in for a couple minor repairs on top of getting my blower motor fixed on my A/C. I asked them to check everything else out when they noticed a little leak with my oil pan and rear main. Granted the labor cost are a bit high but you get what you pay for.
Upon receiving my car my exhaust had a little leak. Took it back to them the next day and they found a seal and clamp were letting a little air escape and fixed it at no cost within an hour.
Reading some reviews about the wait time I just like to add anywhere you go in azle will be backed up. The demand is surreal with all the new housing developments so just call ahead and set a time with the front desk. I think they’re a good group of guys, 5 stars for B&C Thanks again Charlie
BEWARE! These people tried to charge to pull the subframe of my vehicle once to my extended warranty and then one more time to us. If i didn't know what i was looking at and called them out, my wife would have had to pay 1200 extra dollars. They are crooks!
Jason in the front office is a liar, he told me for over a week that my vehicle would be done the next day, after the week was over he finally told me they didnt even touch my vehicle the entire week, then proceeded to tell me the owner was watching me on the camera LAUGHING at me for wanting my car completed and that i was pissed they tried to rip my wife off
Once we got the vehicle back the main issue wasnt even repaired, it still shook at any speed above 60, then the starter proceeded to basically fall out, i repaired that and have videos that it wasnt even finger tight, we brought it back and was told i couldnt get a dime i had to pay above what my extended warranty paid for the improper repair and basically to go f myself
This is the worst shop I've ever had my car at. My car was there for 7 weeks and when I got it back it had the same issue as before. I'm so frustrated with every part of my experience with b&c. I Would never recommend anyone to go there.
Great experience! The guys took care of my air conditioning during the hot August weather.
Jason was very helpful in explaining things to me. I came in with a little older Ford Fusion and they fixed the problem with my engine and were able to get my AC running better. Thank you all for the maintenence and A+² customer service
They were very transparent, took the time to show me the different things that was wrong and different options that I had.
Sent my wife's vehicle in to fix the A/C that wasn't keeping charged. After a few days of messing around and saying it was good I picked it up. ($350) After a few days of driving it, it failed to blow very cold while stopped. So we take it back in and what do you know everything wasn't ok and said it had a leak from the bottom. ($900.) That includes the part, charging and the dye they put in it. Which I had already paid for when they said it was good the first time. They also tried to drag me along to make me believe I needed new spark plugs and coils replaced even though it wasn't showing any codes and me knowing I just replaced them 1yr ago. Told them not to do anything that I would pick it up. When I picked it up and drove off, I noticed that they had drained "all" the coolant out of it! Wow.this a mother's car that has 4 children and works at the school and you want to pull that in this heat? ! It is soooo.hard to find decent auto repair guys around here.
I had a fantastic experience with this mechanic shop. They not only simplified the entire process for me, but also seamlessly coordinated with my warranty company. Their expertise and professionalism made me feel at ease throughout the entire repair process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive repairs.
Travelers from out of state that needed our car looked at. These guys clearly knew what they were doing and were professional and honest. If I lived in the DFW area, I would use them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
They have good service, but their prices are way out of line. It was nearly 200 dollars different than other places.
Everyone up front was extremely kind and helpful, and my transmission issues were fixed swiftly and very effectively. 10/10 would recommend
Years ago there was an oil company that used the slogan "YOu can trust your car to the man who wears the star". In my opinion, that slogan belongs to B & C Transmission of Azle, Texas. From now on all my truck and auto repairs will be done at B & C Transmission. I am a very happy customer with all that was needed to be done with my truck and at a very reasonable price. Speaking of stars, they get 5 golden ones.
Very friendly and helpful. Gave full estimate. They are very busy though. They weren't able to get to my car the first day. I had to pick up my car, then take it back after the weekend.
A few weeks ago my car broke down in the middle of the road. I had my trunk open (battery is in there) and holding battery cables. People just kept going around me, some stomping on the gas, blowing horns, yelling at me. All I needed was a jump.
I don't know his name, but after reading some reviews I'm inclined to think it is Jimmy. If so, Jimmy stopped to help me. He was very courteous, respectful and an educator. My battery cables were wimpy. Jimmy drove over to his shop and was back in no time with a really big booster. Anyway, he got my car running again so I could get home.
Thank you.
BTW, I did need a new battery.
Came in for an alignment and was done the same day, thanks for the help, and will bring all my customers cars for alignments
This is the only shop in the area I would recommend to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. These guys are honest and take pride in their work. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle without any problems.
