B J's Water Well Drilling Services, Vidor TX

0 stars! Do not recommend them at all. Had a new well dug 2 years ago and has never worked correctly. Constantly blowing air out of faucets, have called them numerous times and they don't show up. They've come out one time and changed a part that cost me an additional 200$. Still not working correctly, called another well service and they changed the same exact part 6months later. Why am I having to spend MORE money on a 6k dollar well that is 2 years old!?

If I could give less than a full star I would. I've tried since the beginning of March 2021 to get them to come back out to check the pump they installed that's never worked like it should. There's no way I can start to discribe what it's like to not have a working well for close to a year. They will not return phone calls. The one time they did I was given a speech like a politician would give. Lots of talk and nothing said. During that conversation I was told the owner and someone from the city would be out first thing Monday morning to give me an estimate on drilling a new well, I should've found out which Monday they meant since that's been two months ago and still no one has showed up or called back.
I even got an email from some female telling me I wasn't being nice because I stated my opinion on their FB page.

Very professional, highly knowledgeable and took the time needed to make sure everything was done right! Excellent service so we could enjoy it. Called last week 04/21 and received a call back that someone would be here on Thursday. No show on Thursday however received a text message Thursday evening with an apology and that he would be here Friday in the morning. Rearranged my schedule and texted to see about what time he would be here
Well today is Monday and nothing. Not happy.

Do NOT support this business they lack professionalism I called this place a few different times trying to get them to give me a quote they said they’d call me back here I am almost one year later I’m either gonna make my own well or hire someone else to do it these people don’t deserve my money.

Great customer service & satisfactory work as well as good pricing. Also answered any & all questions that I had. Would highly recommend.
