I went to Bachendorfs for an engagement ring, without my now fiancée. Heidi and I spent a lot of time talking, getting to know me and asking plenty of questions about my fiancée. I really appreciated the time she invested in doing everything she could to provide me with the best choice possible. And of course I learned a lot more about diamonds during the process. And it worked! My fiancee absolutely loves the ring, i hear some of her friends are a bit green, and my anxiety level is now approaching normal levels. They’re good people over there.
