Bahama Buck's - McKinney

I ordered a Mango dragon fruit smoothie and I don’t taste mango or dragon fruit it taste like a protein powder. I was so excited especially since it’s so hot out. Really disappointed. And thirsty now

I had a serious craving for a snow cone and Bahama Bucks shaved ice really hit the spot on a hot summer day. I ordered the blue coconut flavor and it was sweet and yummy!

When you ask for extra juice and get extra ice in return. 2nd time in a row, 2 days in a row this has happened. Employees laughing as we drive off eating ice. I will not be going back to this spot. Buh bye.

Most all reviews mention a very long wait time, yet nothing seems to be done about it. They act like it’s some new news about their place. Added for MGMT: Waited in walk-up line at 4: 30; it wasn’t until 5: 25 we received our order.

Great shaved ice. I believe it's made to order, so receiving your order does take a little longer than you'd expect.

Service was fine, staff was friendly, but their flavoring for their shaved ice just taste very artificial / chemically. The flavors don’t hold a candle to any of the small local trailers.

Fast service with some of the best shaved ice around! Drinks and smoothies for those aren't into snow cones.

The location on Virgina is absolutely terrible. The service is the slowest I have ever experienced. Took visiting friends there, 4 cars in line, waited 20 minutes just to order. Avoid this place. Never again. How hard is it to make flavored shaved ice, using a machine?

Is there less than one star available? My husband ordered me BB for delivery because I had dental surgery today and he was at work and I was in pain. He called me at 8: 45 pm when the tracker said it was delivered - it was supposed to be a surprise - and he was shocked when I told him it was never delivered. He tried call BB several times but told me it just went to VM and he never got a call back. So much for my cold treat to ease the pain.

Took half an hour in drive thru line. Not enough syrup in drinks and the middle part was completely white. Second time that’s happened.

Ordered delivery and tracker said delivered- never received my order and instructions were to reach out to store if any issues and only getting BB voicemail and no response back from the store. Also, the wait time was quoted as 40-45 minutes or by 8: 00pm and the tracker did not show "fake delivery" until 8: 45pm.

Insanely slow on a warm beautiful mother's day. One car moves every 5-10 minutes. I understand they may be busy but there is no way it should take this long. They are absolutely hemorrhaging sales with people driving away and just how slow it is. Staffing is tough right now, I get that, but even a 2-3 person team should he able to go twice as fast as this and what I imagine is a huge Sunday in may should be staffed up as much as possible. I was 7-8 cars deep. I'm posting this still 4 cars deep 30 minutes later. The product is awesome, just move faster please cuz I love the product.
