We love it! Great variety of snow cones, delicious too! We’ve visited other location in Austin and they’re all the same, fast customer service and amazing perfect outcome every time

We ordered 4 snow cones. The last one (the baby size 8oz) took over 20 minutes to get because they forgot about us. Even though we were sitting inside the store. I went up to the counter to ask about it and to see if they could discount us for the wait time. They refused and wouldn't call a manager to resolve the issue. I could've forgiven the wait time but they were rude with me and refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong! The owners should be disappointed in the customer service skills of their employees. I want to be contacted by a manager or store owner.

And their tables were sticky and not cleaned in between customers.

Waited in line for OVER an hour, only reason was because we were stuck & couldn’t get out. We ordered 3 rainbow flat tops… she handed us pink snow cones & said they were rainbow flavored… terrible experience & will not be back. The snow cones we did receive tasted like just ice with very little flavoring.

6 cars in line and I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes. Sitting at drive thru still no service at the window

Tastes like the blue raspas as a kid:) I love the blue coconut? And the natural? Mango and pineapple are delicious.great on a hot day?

Bahama bucks drinks are great! Girl in drive thru, not so much. She was not friendly at all. Then as she was handing drinks out she let us know they had run out of whip cream. Not a big deal. It was just the unfriendlyness in her voice. Not spending my money here anymore.

Why are they only accepting cash. I know I've used my card there before! It's frustrating mostly when you find out and your already in line and no way to get out.

Extremely slow service. Sat in the drive through for 28 minutes with only 3 cars ahead. Ordered there things and one of them was already melted. I don't mind paying that price for good product and good service, but his was not it.

This is the closest location to me and worth the drive. My family and I love this place! Strawberry Cheesecake Delight is delicious, I prefer it without ice cream.

Amber was super helpful! We didn’t realize they had switched over to a really convenient and easy way to earn rewards/order/pay through an app. However, she still made it right by honoring our rewards cards. They were slammed busy inside and in drive up, but still made sure to keep line moving and guests happy. Thank you for great service, it goes a long way. We will continue to drive across town to support this location! Again, thank you Amber for being so awesome!

We ordered four snocones in the drive thru. Two regular two large. We get to the window and the cashier tells us she’d charge all snocones at regular size and will be making them flat tops (because they were closing soon) while serving us in large size cups so that we wouldn’t lose the amount of snocone we paid for. She then hands us 4 regular sized snocones all with flat tops.

The lines are very long at this location. My husband and I went to go get some shaved cones for my son and I, and my husband got a shake. When he took two sips he noticed something in the drink and it was plastic. Please don’t go to this location if you are looking to get anything else other than a snow cone.

First time visiting this location and the last time. I got stuck in the drive thru for an hour l because there was no sign before entering the line that they aren’t accepting CC’s. No customer service whatsoever. The female on the intercom was extremely rude, didn’t even mention ordering on the app to make things go faster. I’ll stick with the Bandera Rd. Location.

Only accepts cash now. Been without CC payment for two weeks. Constantly gives customers dry snow. This location seems to be failing. Probably going to end up closing down.

We waited in line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the cashier to tell us they were closed once we got to the intercom. There were at least 5 cars in front of us and 3 behind us. Google says the drive thru is open until 10pm we got in line about 9: 15? So if they were closed how are we supposed to know with a full line of cars in drive thru? Employees even passed by our car and didn’t say anything about being closed. A simple sign or traffic cone in the drive thru would’ve been really helpful in not wasting our time. Super disappointed at the lack of consideration people haven for their customers these days.

So great! I would not recommend getting gummy bears they get very frozen and hard in the shaved ice but wonderful people and the snow cones are to die for

Terrible drive thru customer service.
We waited in the drive thru lane for a good 20 mins and when it was our turn to order no one answered us. The cars in front of us had already left. We said hello which we were told by the employee they’d be right with us. 5 mins passed by and nothing. So we left.

Still don’t have the lobby open. Great service as usual but I was really looking forward to coming inside. Maybe next time
