First timer today, my Piña Colada was delicious, great environment, and they play great music!

Great! Loved our shaved ice. Service was quick. Store was clean. Atmosphere fun. Easy parking and access all great!

Very inviting and the shaver I had was magnificent " Jamaican punch" will add my favorite candy next visit.

We stopped by and I got a small watermelon, pineapple and peach snowcone and hubby got a Oreo smoothie and let me tell you both were AMAZING! I can’t decide which one I liked better. The small is pretty big so next time I’ll get the kids size! My only complaint wait is pretty long so I wish they’d work on that. I will be back again for sure.

However, the pricing is on the higher side, which might give budget-conscious customers pause. But considering the massive portions, the cost-per-scoop ratio turns out to be decent. The fluffy shaved ice melts delightfully on the tongue, carrying the vibrant syrups in a tasty dance. If you can stomach the price, these are a high-quality indulgence.

Someone in management needs to address the slow drive thru line issues. Last evening when we finally got to the window the employees were doing a lot of talking and no working. It was really terrible with empty fighting with each other and completely ignoring the drive thru. This now has happened twice when going through drive thru window. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Take some notes from Andy’s we’re this doesn’t happen.

So yummy! The ice is throat freezing but so soft.

The prices are pretty expensive but I will be back. All of the employees I came in contact with were sweet.

They also have games to play so that would be fun!

Well when you upload the app you get a free item of your choice. I'm new to the area so it's my summer spot for sure.the sno is good and the young ladies were nice.

Every time I come it’s amazing service honestly! The parking lot is a bit confusing but once I’ve been a few times it’s easy to navigate. I love getting the sour blue razz with the sour patch kid sauce, layered throughout! The pucker powder is also an amazing touch!

So good Lots of flavors to choose from including snow cones and smoothies Facility is clean and lots of board games to hang out for a bit
