We had a cross-country move insured where we had some things break (including a new TV) or go missing. Shalair Simms was our assigned rep and she was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, responsive, and got us taken care of with minimal hassle! It took a couple months - but that's just the slow-moving insurance industry in general, plus part of it was over the holidays. Overall I'd definitely use Baker International again thanks to Shalair!
