Baker's Bouquet, Conroe TX

Their website mistakenly let me order out of their delivery area. They contacted a florist in the correct area and coordinated the arrangement and delivery. They communicated everything in real time with me. Customer service was outstanding. The florist who did get the order hand delivered the bouquet and the connection she made with the recipient, while a private story, made both of their days in very sad time of their lives. I am so grateful they went the extra mile.

I wish I could give Baker's Bouquet 10 stars! Pam created two beyond beautiful arrangements for my husband's memorial service. Her attention to my needs, her desire to meet my high expectations, and the compassion she showed me were exceptional. Additionally, Pam and Sara followed up once the flowers were ready so I could approve - -there was nothing i could suggest. The arrangements were perfect! These ladies provided outstanding customer service!

A pleasant young lady answered the phone, after hours, and took my order (didn't think about the time difference). We chose to go with the Designer's Choice arrangement for my 93 year old aunt and they were beautiful! They delivered the flowers nice and early the next day so she could enjoy them all day for her birthday. Their service was excellent and highly recommend them.

I had a same day delivery request Bakers Bouquet said absolutely, we will take care of you. They took my order via phone, the young lady assisting me with my order was phenomenal. She took time to explain all the arrangements, she was friendly and patient. I will definitely order from Bakers Bouquet again.

Saturday order and delivered same day. Excellent customer service from the baker, multiple call backs required and she followed through. Beautiful wreath, flowers & strawberries for family and newborn.

Baker’s created a very beautiful wrist corsage and boutonnière for my son’s first Homecoming as a high school freshman! I will certainly use them for future events!

I am so late on this review, I am so sorry! Back in May of this year I had called them after calling every bakery asking for a sopapilla cheesecake, and everyone thought I was INSANE. But the lady on the phone immediately was so excited to try this out and help me with this. She couldn’t have been sweeter and the baker was so excited to do this for me. The NAILED IT. The cheesecake was the best one me and my family have ever had and they did such an amazing job and priced us so well. Thank you again and I will be coming back for another one.

Edit; I’ve already reviewed this place but I came back again for two cakes and they absolutely nailed it. Sarah is AWESOME and so is everyone else here! Please come here for cakes, they do such a great job!

I have used Bakers Bouquet every year for my daughters birthday cakes. They are always exactly what I have envisioned and taste so yummy. We celebrated her 4th birthday this past week and it was butterfly themed. I worked with Sarah on exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. My daughter was so excited to see her butterfly birthday cake, I’m sure I even heard her squeal. Lol. Thank y’all so much for always doing an amazing job!
