Alison does incredible work. She knew what would be best after our first initial meeting. I also appreciate the information she shares with me on how the brain and body work. She is trustworthy and genuine. When I share my experience with others (which wouldn’t be possible had it not been for therapy), it inspires them. I am so appreciative to have found this office.

This place never let me know that there is a $85 cancellation fee, they automatically withdrew it from my account with no option to reschedule. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had an amazing experience. I was reluctant to attend therapy but I felt comfortable and relaxed. I’m looking forward to returning!

I've been going to Balanced Counseling for a few years. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond, but even more importantly Alison is a fantastic therapist. She guides me through my memories and how to interpret my feelings and their related reactions. They have helped me get through some of the toughest times of my life.

Made 1st appt for my son and was called back the next day saying counselor Allison had an emergency. We rescheduled for 2nd appt, waited a month and was called on the day to cancel cause guess what… the other Allison had an emergency. Not good when you’re supposed to help people that need help. Highly disappointed!

This review is on behalf of my daughter to keep her info private. My daughter met with Elizabeth Henry, who she was excited to meet with based on her profile/experience. However Elizabeth’s demeanor was not warm at all. Elizabeth comes off as dismissive and doesn’t allow someone to fully speak. She came off as if she’s in a rush & would cut her off. This was not a comfortable experience. I hope Elizabeth takes this feedback into consideration with her approach with clients.

Love Dr. Clancey, he is amazing! My only complaint is that you can never get anyone on the phone here. Even if they just called and you call back no one answers. Makes sense because most times when I come no one is at the front desk, but its frustrating.
