Great service! Great people! Got the job done right and in a timely manner! Jesse was the mechanic that worked on my truck and did an excellent job! Replaced all my batteries and did a full PM as well as both inlet and outlet knock sensors. Did a software update and was back on the road! Excellent service

This shop helped me to replace starter on my truck. I didn’t have to wait, they started working on my truck immediately. Shop rate is $130 an hour, it’s worth it. The only down side is - I’ve found this shop on RedMechanic app, and pricing there is outdated.

These guys are great! Not only did they save us money, but they really care. They got the coolant issue on our diesel pusher resolved quickly and got us back on the road. Other dealerships in the immediate area could not even look at our RV for a week. We HIGHLY recommend this business!

When I get my truck water separator was dirty and fuel was almost 70% full. On the receipt says that they changed the water separator, but they didn’t. I knew it something was wrong.
It’s been a week now and my truck is not even doing Regen.
Very bad service. I’m going to check DPF filters if they didn’t change, I will sue them. WHO knows what else they didn’t do.

Awesome and friendly whole crew. They don’t experiment on the trucks. They knew what they doing. Matter fact there price are affordable and reasonable no over charge. I known them almost two to three years.

The night before we were traveling in our motorhome from our home in East Texas to Northern New Mexico with a planned overnight stop in Amarillo.

About 110 miles from Amarillo, one of the rear tires on the RV suddenly blew out. We were able to obtain roadside assistance, however we quickly learned that our exhaust pipe brackets had broken free from the frame of the rv allowing the pipes to drag and get stuck in our rear tires causing the blowout.

The next day, I called around to several muffler shops only to be told that none of them work on RVs. Being in Amarillo, I noticed a lot of truck traffic and decided to call Baldwin Truck & Trailer Repair.

I called and spoke to Shannon, who was very helpful. She checked with the manager and explained what I needed and promptly told me that they could help us and to go ahead and bring the RV over.

Thankfully we were staying close to their location and arrived within a few minutes.

They were able to repair the damage and replaced /welded in new exhaust pipe and exhaust brackets. By 4pm that afternoon, we were on our way to our destination.

A BIG Thanks to Shannon and Bobby at Baldwin Truck Repair! We were able to safely continue our journey without further issues.

I can’t say enough good things about Baldwin Truck and Trailer Repair. Recently had a breakdown of my RV and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. From the front staff to the back staff, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. I’ll give a shout out to all the employees there and a special thanks to Dudley Baldwin, the owner for going out of his way to assist me in getting the RV back on the road, Bobby Fernandez, the service writer, for putting up with me, and to Jim, the mechanic/technician who worked on my RV and explained everything that he found and repaired.

I'm giving them 0 stars, over $3000 job and I have to come back 2nd time and still not get it done right! Stay away from this place

These guys really helped us get back in the road after we had a blowout that messed up our hydraulic lines

This shop has a great staff from the front to the back. They had my trailer repaired in one hour from pulling into the yard! I highly recommend this shop. They made a very happy man out of me today. Thank you guys very much. Special thanks to Carlos. Keep up the great work.

Hands down best shop I’ve encountered. Pulled me right in at 0800 & was leaving by 0845. Everyone was very nice and work areas very clean not cluttered. Definitely recommend this shop.

I had a minor trailer repair this morning and the team at Baldwin took care of it straight away so I could go run some miles. Friendly and accommodating staff I would highly recommend them to

As I was leaving Amarillo I found out that my RV spring mount had come loose or broken. They took me in right away and fabricated a mount to get us home from our trip. Great service!

This place is great. Quick & reliable. They have repaired 2 trucks for me when I needed both back in the same day! Great service, great mechanics, great people! I will be taking my truck here from now on

Had a rear differential change there along with the yoke. After getting on the road the drive shaft fell out. After just one run with the truck it disconnected at the forward end off of the front differential. They are saying they did not pull the full drive shaft out. They only disconnected it from the rear yoke which I find hard to believe. Also they charge me $200 extra for parts not used and we're supposed to give me a lower rate at a motel they use but they didn't either of those. Needless to say I was stuck with a large bill for the drive shaft replacement and everything it tore up underneath along with my motel expenses for one week. Waiting to get the truck fixed and never seeing any reimbursement from Baldwin. Use at your own risk.

My driver went there to replace the sensors so I called them to make the appointment. Guy over the phone told me that it will be done in 40 minutes. Later on
Mechanic has done diagnostics which we didn’t need as we had been to two diff places and they’ve already done the diagnostic.

Bobby tried to charge me almost 450 bucks and didn’t even fix the issue. Lol
