The employees at Ballard are wonderful. They do what they say they will do, when they say they’ll do it. We have used Ballard since they drilled our will in the mid 1990’s. The service is always excellent and reasonable. They will always be my well company. Thanks guys!

UPDATED…… I received a check for the repairs. It shouldn’t have gone this far, but at least they covered the $100.

They came out to repair my well and replace the check valve, snifter, and AVC. Tech used a pipe wrench on the PVC union coupling and cracked it. $520 in repairs. Later that day, it blew apart and they refuse to reimburse me the $100 I paid my plumber to replace/fix it. Find another well service because these people DO NOT care and will not respond to your concerns.

I needed a quick-fix of a 30 year old well that had been intermittently failing to hold pressure! Cody and his very capable helper were amazingly knowledgeable, working with military-like-precision and teamwork on this job! They quicky diagnosed the electrical grounding problem; a broken and leaking pressure relief valve issue that was causing the water to leak back down into the well and loose pressure intermittently (the worst kind), and had it repaired and flowing again before the kids even got off the school bus.and they didn't even start until after lunch because I was their 4th or 5th job already on a very hot day in Montgomery, TX. Thanks again guys.recommend WITHOUT hesitation and worth every penny!

The service man came out first thing in the morning. I could not be at home. When I got to my appt. I got a text saying that my well was fixed and the water was again flowing. They sent me an invoice so that I could pay conveniently.

Ballard Water Well did an incredible job for us! We would highly recommend them! Our well had shut down and they quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up running better than before.

Garrett came out and educated us on our filtration system and repaired it the same day. He was very knowledgeable and we were extremely happy he fixed the problem so quickly.

Garrett Gumbo arrived early to inspect well issue. 35 gallon bladder tank required replacing. Replaced tank with with a recommend 90 gallon bladder tank which will extend the life of our submersible pump. Great job Garrett!

They could get to me faster than anyone else. They have steady workers. If you think you have to go 500 or more feet, they will show you and tell you if they find good water sooner. They are helpful with information you may not be aware of
