8Hate complaining, but my bad review is for their customer service team. When members make up policies because they just want to be rude. Cashier 2004614. What he didn't know was this is my home store as it is closest to me. He is the reason I shop online.
I love this store. So much to offer in alot of sizes and it’s always clean. They don’t allow messy shelves. Clearance even organized and staff was helpful.
One of my favorite go to stores for all the basics. Classy style, quality clothing. And the outlet makes it the right price!
Overpriced clothes from the top just to make you think you getting a good deal when offering 50%
Nice Banana Republic store located in the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Pretty pricey store (as all Banana Republics are) but they did have some decent sales considering it’s in an outlet mall. Could use more men’s apparel in my opinion. It was primarily women’s attire. But overall a good store to find some pricey but trendy clothing. Located right off I35 and near a BassPro.
I was having super bad luck finding my sizes here, and the staff was so nice when it came to looking for a few items in my size. Although I didn’t find much the staff was great, the sales were great, and my family was able to leave with a few things as well.
Two stars. One for the only pride item they had (umbrella). Another for the excellent softness in many shirts. A star for each type of pineapple shirt in the store.
I liked a lot of the jewelry. Very delicate, very sparkly. My mom bought me a necklace.
While the staff was friendly and professional, we were not impressed by the quality of the clothing or the "outlet prices". On several items we looked at the price was better online. Okay for checking out clothing first hand, but always double check their online prices.
