I couldn’t afford to pay for my dogs medication when he got hurt and they gave me some donated medication very thankful for finding this place

The Vet is extremely professional, Knowledgeable and caring. They do drop off appointments and I had no issues whatsoever

Had an appointment at 11: 00 a.m. For my 2 dogs. I arrived 10 minutes early and proceeded to check in and was told to sit down to wait.
After sitting there awhile, another couple came in with their dog for an 11: 30 appointment time, and they got right back to the back. Poor customer service, and they can't pay attention to what's going on in front of their noses. Walked out and cancelled my Banfield plans and will not be back.

My puppy is sick with an ear infection that the groomers next door in petsmart caused. I came back a few days later to see if the pet hospital could help him over the weekend since most vet clinics are closed. The usual vets were not in for some reason. They had vets in there from Dallas. I arrived at 1: 45pm but they were supposed to leave for the day at 2: 00pm. They do treat ear infections at this hospital but they couldn’t be bothered to stay past 2: 00pm to help my sick puppy.

You almost killed my kitten, and then charged me 600$ when she was near death on an IV, because of YOU. You gave her a last ditch effort medicine that is know to be fatal to cats. We had another vet confirm this and they were shocked you even gave her that.

Ive put off writing this review for 2 years as I was looking into legal action. Don't trust banfield.

I have yet to encounter anyone who was unpleasant to deal with at this location - Dr Powers and Carlos specifically deserve special kudos for always being ready to help and truly caring about my little fur babies though! Thank you both so much for all that you do!

The medical staff is great. But the check in & out staff only care about billing you! Not your time, not your pet, definitely not giving you the information you already paid for! I was there for an apointment before work, walked to the front desk seconds before so eon else, we stood there together. When the front desk staff member came, I told him I need to check out, he completely ignored me & talked to the woman next to me, put in her address manually, & everything to create a new client. I asked if there's anyone else that can check me out because I need to get to work, & he told me that she was there first. He doesn't know that, he wasn't there! Completely outrageous to make me be late for work because I'm already subscribed! Definitely won't be renewing that trap! Maybe another place cares about their already subscribed members as well as new ones.

Be careful they will charge you for a service they ne er completed and claim they sent off labs and didn't then charge you after puppy has passed away

Banfield Pet Hospital was quick & affordable! They have taken care of and more than accommodated our little man! We are so glad they fit us into their schedule & made us feel like family!

I brought in my car, and the VA's were very nice, polite, and easy to talk to. My complaint is that I paid 300$ to hear that they couldn't do anything for the animal. Had I'd known they were incapable of helping my cat, I would've gone to a REAL vet. The veterinarian, Dr. Powers, was pushy over the phone and very rude. She also didn't seem to want to help very much, except to send my cat to another clinic. I would like to thank everyone else there, especially Carlos and Jennifer. They nice, polite, and helpful.

Their receptionist is awful. I call asking for an appt for my dog. She says the earliest available appt was 2 weeks from now. I let the person who is taking the dog to the appt know and the girl on the phone said, "I can hear you". Ok and? Whats the problem with me letting them know about you not having any appts? She then proceeds to say I will not be disrespected and blah blah. Their is a very long list of things I could have said to actually be disrespectful and telling the person who will be taking the dog to this appt that they don't have appts until a certain date is NOT one of those things. I told the girl on the phone that she could either do the job she was hired for or transfer me to someone who will. She very quickly changed her bad attitude when I said that. The worst part about this is I know someone else who has also had issuse with this "receptionist" and theirs other reviews about her to. You would think by now they would have fired her.

People rarely answer the phone. They make you leave messages that you NEVER get a callback for. I have called 13 times in a row and still noone picks up the phone. They don't have ANY emergency appt slots like most vets do.

Way over priced and the staff are unnecessarily rude. I had to use them just because they had an opening when I first moved here. I quickly found a permanent vet elsewhere who thankfully were able to give my pup the care he needed instead of just trying to drive up the price of the visit.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart how great you were with my baby. And helping us during a difficult time losing our baby he was everything to us. Such a difficult decision but he's in a better place with his brothers and sister. Without pain. Again thank you so much

Went here for a checkup on a new cat that I just adopted thinking he had ear mites, turns out he had ringworms. The vet and vet tech were very nice and informative. The reason why I give them 3 stars is, the prices for the medication were double and sometimes triple than what my other vet that I go to now would charge. For example, a bottle of intrafungol for the same mL at my current vet is $63 compared to the $93 Banfield charges.
