Banfield Pet Hospital, El Paso TX

I have been taking my dogs for some years with Banfield, and the compassion and care that they have is beautiful. I lost one of my dogs last year, but not without the veterinarian trying everything possible to save him. Thank you so much.

Very friendly staff. Had to get a vaccination certificate so my dog could fly on the plane.

We had to say goodbye to our pup today and the Vet and staff were very caring, accommodating, and compassionate. We were given plenty of time to say goodbye and to hold him after. It truly made things a little easier today. Thank you!

We made an appointment for 5: 00 pm on a Saturday a month in advance. I put it in my calendar. We drove an hour from Las Cruces and got there before 5: 00. Upon arrival, they told us our appointment was at 4: 00, and they wouldn't see us. We avoided travel this weekend solely for this appointment, which they confirmed for 5: 00 when I made the appointment. Absolute no regard for us, our family, the dogs, or anything. Unprofessional and uncaring.

I’m new to this location therefore I don’t have much experience with the doctors, but I’m not completely satisfied with the office staff. The first week of the new year, I went in to have one of my dog’s nails trimmed. I noted that my dog is leash reactive to other dogs and I would need to wait until the lobby was clear before walking in with him to avoid meltdowns. The person I spoke with marked him as a biter and they taped his mouth shut when they took him to the back to trim his nails. They man-handled my scared boy and it was horrifying to watch. Very upsetting that they mislabeled him. Then, I called on 1/9/23 to make an appointment for my other dog to be seen for a knee injury and the staff member never recorded the appointment we confirmed over the phone for that following Monday 1/16/23! I called to confirm that day and there was nothing in their system. So upsetting that we had to wait even longer since they book up so far in advance. My dog has been unmedicated and limping since 1/16. I am literally paying $158/month for these two banfield plans for poor, poor service.

Dr. Robinson is awesome, and takes great care of my pet. Wait times are long. Some of my dogs shots had expired and no one notified me but they did take care of it when I happened to go in for an injury. The prices are high but I know its corporate. Staff at Sunland are great!

They took fantastic care of my pet at this last visit and always have! The star of the visit was Dr. Robinson who took the time to give a thorough assessment of my dog's rather complex condition and make recommendations for the next steps in care. Greatly appreciate his attention to detail as well as the kindness and ability to provide overall guidance for what is best for our pup. We are so very thankful!

Mostly just go here to pick up feeder crickets for my spiders but overall a good place you can find anything you need for your pets so yeah

They have curbside drop off and pick up. They have been great with my shepherd! Again like this place.
