Banfield Pet Hospital, Tyler TX

Banfield has been a true blessing for my family and my pets. When my Lab got diabetes and I thought it was the end the doctors here showed me how to take care of him affordability and allowed us to keep him going another 2 years! Many other situations their highly experienced staff has quickly taken care of us. This is a Tier 1 place and I highly recommend them to take care of your pets.

I loved the tech here always saw. If it wasn’t more expensive than what I could afford we’d still be here.

Great service and friendly staff according to my daughter who brought her son's dog there. I wasn't too happy with what they charged but it needed to be done.

Needed a last minute appointment for vaccinations so I could board my dog overnight. They fit it in quickly, did that job at a reasonable price, and were very professional.

We have only positive things to say about Banfield of Tyler. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for all my pets healthcare needs. Our new puppy needed a lot of medical care and they fixed her up so well, we were able to get in that day. They are knowledgeable, caring, and patient. The health care plans you can get there are amazing on saving our family money. We love this place and will be using there service for all of our future pets as well.

They didn't rush me before and after the euthanasian.

I didnt have an appointment, I was in and out of there in less than an hour. They took care of cats, all well. They were super nice and price wasnt that bad.

Easily 3 times as expensive for annual shots and wellness checkup as most other places in town

We have had banfields insurance policy since we got our dog, and it has been well worth it the entire time.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend their pet wellness plans - it definitely saves you money in the long run.

Update after 5 yrs: Banfield is still the best. Got another dog, she has health insurance here too. Been going here consistently for five years, more than three vets, countless visits, calls and appointments. I love Banfield, and so does (one of) my dogs. The other one is a bit of a diva.

Very professional, only thing I didn't like wad not being able to take my baby to the back

All my fur babies go here and they love it. You guys are great with them. Have amazing techs and vets that care about the animals and the people. This place is Purrrrrrrfect.

I am so grateful for all the love and support they gave my family and my sweet Turbo. The staff worked tirelessly and did everything they could to try to save him, but in the end he lost his battle. Dr Hone and her staff treated him as if he were theirs, and didn't treat him as just another patient. Then I received this in the mail and it just warmed my heart to know how much they cared. To MY Banfield family, thank you so much for everything you did, you'll never know how much we appreciate yall.

We have always had a great experience with Banfield. They always call after the visit to check on my dog. Recently he had some sudden paralysis of his back legs. Dr. Prather got him in immediately without an appointment and referred us to A&M for emergency spine surgery. She called ahead so they were expecting us when we arrived. It really helped us out! Highly recommend them.

I went to Banfield Pet Hospital inside PetSmart as my dog needed a special prescription dog food. Our local veterinarian sent the Rx there and the nice folks helped out by providing me with a card and helping locate the correct dogfood. They were professional, kind and eager to help make my visit as convenient as possible. Five stars plus!

All of the employees here clearly love animals! Our dogs have always been treated wonderfully and they love going to the vet!

I have always bought my pet reptiles here but not Coco and probably one day he will be coming back for some training. He does well with the ladies at the clinic but when we're done with his check-up, it's back to clumsy Coco.
