Really friendly staff. Molly was nervous but warmed up after going to the back. All the add-ons add up, but I am very pleased with my first experience here.

Dr. Philips is absolutely amazing and we make sure to schedule the fur babies when she is working. She is so sweet to the animals and you can tell that she really cares about them.

The quality of this vet went out the window when Dr. Whaba left. Constant rescheduling, canceling appointments and a revolving door of staff. Some are nice but most are completely incompetent.

After reading recent reviews, it seems that Dr Phillips needs to stop looking for extra charges! Every time my boyfriend and take our little dog and cat to this place, we ended up paying for pills that I didn’t even know my babies needed!
Last time we took our dog for a wellness check (which is included in our monthly plan) and next thing you know, got a call from Dr Phillip telling me they found all type of infections on my dogs ear, so had to paid extra $100. What I hate about Dr Phillips is her attitude when you don’t accept the extra charges.
Anyways, I’m looking forward for the wellness plan to end so I can cancel my membership with this place. At the end I ended up paying more Money here than in a private clinic!

I arrived 15 early and the receptionist made me wait to check in because I was “too early”. They checked me in at my exact appointment time at 4 o’clock. I then waited for another 20+ mins. Once they took my kitten back, they had her back there for over an hour and a half just for a recheck. When the doctor finally came out, she seemed extremely non optimistic and presented options for my kittens care. The doctor left and we paid our bill and then discussed having the suggested ear swab done with the receptionist and decided to do it. The receptionist hastily said “well she’s already check out, I’d have to check her back in”, we agreed to that and asked how long the wait would be. The receptionist went back asked the vet and told us it would about 10 minutes. I wanted for an additional 40+ minutes with my kitten out in the waiting area before going up to the receptionist to ask how much longer since they had only estimated 10 minutes. The receptionist said she would ask the doctor and went thru the door where I could see her leaning against the counter thru the blurred glass, I stood there waiting with my kitten watching the receptionist just lean against the counter for another 5+ minutes until I decided to just leave because I was irritated with the extremely long wait times and lack of communication. When I arrived home 15 minutes later that same receptionist called me stating I owed more money for the ear swab, I stated the kitten never went back for it, she said that the doctor had done an ear swab when the kitten was back the first time and I needed to pay for it otherwise she’s send us to collections. I offered to pay with my Credit card by phone and she said “no we don’t take phone over the payments you need to return by tomorrow to pay otherwise we’ll send you to in-house collections. ” (What business doesn’t take Credit card payments over the phone?) anyway, I was not able to return the next day and sure enough she sent us to collections the very next day for a service that was NEVER RENDERED! HORRIBLE! We ended up taking our kitten to another animal hospital for her care. And also needed up just paying the in-house collections after waiting on hold to speak to someone for 45 minutes to try to argue our case, but no one ever answered at the in-house collection place to do so, so we had to just pay it to not impact our credit score… for a service NEVER RENDERED because the receptionist had a bad attitude.

I get home and i see they actually charged my card twice.i call them and its an "accident". Explain how thats an accident

Arrogant staff. Will argue with you about whether your animals is intact without even checking. Terrible communication. My dog had a partial blockage and nothing was done. They say they will call you back the following day with results and don’t. Will charge you large sums of money and do nothing. This isn’t a veterinarians office, it’s “preventative” care to charge you $70 a month for unknown answers. Find a real vet office that has skilled and trained staff. This place is a revolving door.

Appointment to put out 20 year old dog down. Sales popped up. (Can’t perceive my need, while euthanizing? Hint: Expedience) The whole visit was too lengthy. No one wants to drag out the death of their fur baby. Also, on the phone it was one price, once arrived they required a exam fee for a euthanasia.
