My terrible experience here agrees with others who lament the terrible appoinment system at this location, the lack of dedicated Veterinarians & refusal of staff to allow exams by professional DVMs with the family present. Agree: Avoid this Banfield!

Banfield has a truly terrible system of appointment making. You make an appointment at a specific time expecting that the time you chose is when your animal will be seen, but in reality what happens is you show up for your "appointment" and its actually not an appointment at all, its a drop off appointment and they take your animal, give you no time frame of when they can expect to be done, and are usually seen 5+ hours AFTER the appointment time. Why even have appointments? My poor dog is just waiting in a small crate in the back in an unknown environment scared and alone just waiting for a dr to see them for 10 minutes to do their exam and give them a vaccine. Its completely unacceptable the way their system works and totally causes unnecessary stress and anxiety in our pets. I will never use them again for any of my pets. Go to a local vet who actually lets you stay in the room with your pet while the exam is being done so you can ease their anxiety and ask the vet all the questions you have. Banfield is truly awful.

The PM at this location is very unprofessional. She made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. She also talks to her employees with such entitlement and disrespect. I love the staff at Bafield, l've never had a bad experience until I encountered the PM named Taylor.

Banfield is great and convenient.
It is becoming more and more expensive, so I may try to test other places too.

This is the worst Banfield location I have ever been to, and I've been to 10+ different locations with my dog Dax over the past 6 years. Do not take your pet to this location.

It's very small and located at the back of PetSmart, without it's own entrance, making it difficult to drop your pet off in the morning. Dax had X-rays taken on Sept. 25, it's now October 20th and after numerous phone calls and a virtual visit appt that was missed by Dr Chang. I still dont have his results.

Multiple times I've come in the afternoon before 6 pm, needing prescription cards or medical equipment for my pet and the office is closed. It difficult to get the same doctor twice and my pets have been scheduled as drop off with no other option for their appointment type. Pet owners are still not allowed into the private rooms during office visits.

Really frustrating to go to this location after my vet personally encouraged me to use this location. I’ve waited over two weeks for test results they received on June 20th with no explanation and no outreach from the vet.

It is the worst option for your pet they only care about money not your pet's health my but he had an infection and was about to die and Banfield never had appointments available they really don't care about your pet's health

Feel like they give me wrong info on my animal. Just there to sell their packages. Don’t buy it, I still have to pay out of pocket for everything and it’s like $700 when you total it!

This location is inside the Petsmart, all the way to the back. The staff is always friendly and really good with all of my pets. They offer insurance for your fur babies. The staff explains the plans to you in full detail. They also offer drop-off appointments and fill your prescription quickly. While you are waiting for your pet, you can shop at the store, or if your pet needs anything from inside the store, the vet staff will help you pick out what you may need so you can purchase the item on the spot.

I am truly shocked and appalled with this place. First, when I first signed up for the wellness plan I found out they weren't keeping my dog's vaccine records straight. They didn't integrate his old records into the new and his records weren't correct when I checked online. The receptionists were always very rude and slow to help. Then, when trying to order his heartworm meds online, Chewy faxed the request multiple times and they keep saying they haven't gotten them. Finally, Chewy said that if my vet doesn't cooperate, then my order will be canceled. Fortunately Chewy's support was caring enough to spend time calling them to find out what's going on (Banfield, my chosen vet, didn't offer to call Chewy). I know Chewy has sent them because I've spoken with multiple people. When I called, the receptionist put me on hold many times even though I ended up going in person and saw that they are not busy. I cannot trust people who show this kind of neglect and disdain for customers with my dog's health. Edited to add: the Banfield cares response came up faster than their response to the email I already sent them before this review.
