Banfield Pet Hospital reviews
2Always flexible with my schedule, very attentive to the animals, and I love their wellness plans that keep me from having to remember all the things!
My experience with Dr. Dutta was absolutely horrible. He wouldn’t look at me in the appointment and only would speak to my husband even though I was the one speaking to him. He got defensive when I asked questions and took everything so personal. One week before my dogs appointment with dr dutta a different vet at banfield had seen my dog and said his eye wasn’t healing like she expected it to and referred us to optho in Austin. Today during our check up with Dutta he said my dogs eye was 90% healed and i thought it was worth mentioning what the other vet said at banfield 6 days prior. He got irritated immediately and said I shouldn’t focused on the past because it doesn’t matter and asked me what it had to do with anything. I was completely shocked and told him there was nothing wrong with me mentioning that considering I was being told the opposite. He then became angry and started to stare at me. I felt completely unsafe with an unstable person standing in front of me silently staring at me and visibly angry. He turned toward my husband and asked only my husband if he had any questions and I said “I do. Will my dog have any vision loss from his eye injury? ” And he got upset again at my question? I told him it was a valid question and why ask us if we have questions if he’s just gonna get angry that we ask? Never will I see that dr again. He’s unstable and has serious angry issues. Learn how to separate your frustrations from work and be professional. Highly disappointed. I actually considered switching to banfield as our primary vet care site because we’ve had great interactions with other vets but I truly never want to have an encounter with Dr. Dutta ever again.
