Banfield Pet Hospital, Fort Worth TX

I work at Banfield and I took my pet to the Bryant Irving location and they said I could go next door to the salon to get my dogs pedicure with dremel done cause all of their VA/techs were doing surgeries. That is poor customer service especially for an employee who works for Banfield. The location I work at is always busy but we have VA's available for drop offs and pedi all day. I will not be coming to the Bryant Irving location again and would never work there if that is how things are ran there.

Banfield really isn’t worth the money. We switched from Cityview Animal Hospital because of the clinic hours and it has been a big mistake. A vet at this location missed a growth on my dog after two full physical examinations and being informed that another vet (from his former clinic) had previously found a growth. I have since switched Banfield locations, but I’m just as unsatisfied with their other locations too. Small, non-corporate clinics in the surrounding area are a much better choice. Better care, more attentive doctors, & after the price-ups from the wellness plan, the prices are comparable. Don’t go with Banfield.

This is the best place to take your furr babies. The doctors and staff are so kind and caring. They truely want the best for your pets. Thank you!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They have wasted my money and my time! They told me the wrong treatment information and prescribed my dog medicine which was a complete waste! My dog is still sick and miserable! They do not know what they are doing! Stay away!

This location killed both of our nieces healthy family dogs. What is worse they are not resolving their concerns

Please DO NOT take your pets here! I have a close friend of mine that his sister took her two very healthy puppies in and when the place was given the shot records they claimed it was not credible because it was in Spanish! So the puppies got the same shots twice and both puppies have unfortunately died due to that! Two very healthy puppies killed because they assumed shot records in Spanish were not valid! And were given the same shots again! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

My niece Morgan Rodriguez puppies were killed at this location. They were to get routine vaccines and they disregarded the shot record that was brought in.

We love the vets here. They make taking care of our little rascals easy. It's easy to get in for our regular appointments or for a quick mini emergency. They know our pets.

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL! Spent tons of money and my animal was sent home In more pain then when I brought her! Don't bring your pets here! I recommend anywhere else!

This is where my baby boy took his last breath. The staff & docs are amazing! Thank yall for making my boy Mutombo feel so welcome.

First of all they were great seeing my dog without an appointment as a drop off, she was very ill! The girls at the front dest are very knowledgeable and polite! The doctor explained everything to me so I understand well the best way to treat my dog!

Always treat my baby Keko like the lil prince he thinks he is! Lol, entire staff are true pet lovers and treat our babies like their own.

Overall good care just a really busy location. Expect to wait 30 min to just drop your pet off for an appointment.

They have one clerk who couldn't be any dumber if you cut her head off. I stood at the counter 30 minutes while she tried to produce the prescription card for the food my vet had ordered. My prescription was for a dog. After staring at the computer screen for 30 minutes (someone finally mercifully stepped in to help her) she handed me a prescription card made out for my cat that had died over a year ago.

Gave her another go at it and this time got the card where it had been changed from feline to canine, but with the dead cat's name still on it! I always try to be thoughtful and considerate to people who work with the public but I finally did suggest that she take a course in Reading for Comprehension.

I LOVE this location Dr. Braswell and her staff are amazing everytime we see them she remembers things going on in our lives listens to my concerns and helps me the best way she can knowing where I stand on somethings we have been with her almost a yr also her staff takes their time with my fur baby so she isn't so stressed. I'd recommend her to all my pet parent's

The are great at this location! They took care of my Chinchilla's tooth problem and I was happy. It is hard to find a good Vet for exotics and they do have one. They really cared and my girl left with several new friends.

For the amount of money I pay a month they could at least pretend they care about my dog or the questions I have for the veterinarian. Can you believe the people at the front desk care more about my dog then them. They honestly just want me to go in and out so fast. Go spend your hard working money in one of the clinics instead of this.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The Doctor was extremely rude and when I picked up my cat from getting his teeth cleaned he was covered in his own pee and blood. I have never had such a worst experience and then had to pay the rest of the years fee since I stupidly signed up for the program. Read the reviews of all Banfield Hospitals in general, they are scammers and some people's pets have died because of them. Don't waste your time or money!
