Banfield Pet Hospital, Fort Worth TX

Dr Garrett is my Dane's vet. He's great as he has Danes of his own so he really understands the breed.

I called around other Banfeilds because my dog got really sick and my work was closed on Sundays. I called this one and they squeezed me in on a 3pm appointment. My dog was in real bad shape and the tech was very compassionate, my fears were justified and my dog was in kidney failure. The doctor was very understanding and compassionate. I made the decision to put my baby to sleep. She was surrounded by love when she passed. I will be going back to this banfeild if something ever happens to one of my babies on a weekend. Thank y'all so much for filing me in and being so compassionate to me and most importantly me dog Chewy.

I did not like the serviced i recieved. I am a first time customer. I had a coupon for a free pet visit. I guess you can say, i got what i paid for. Although they were not busy everything felt rushed. They did not tell me what kind of medicine they prescribed my cat. They did not give me an estimate on how long it will take for my kitty to get better and they did not tell me to follow up with them if more problems occurred. I was very disappointed in the service. Will not refer and i probably won't come back.

This particular location (Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, TX) has really great people and excellent doctors. They go the extra mile to make sure you are informed about the health of your pet and it is obvious that they genuinely care about every animal that comes in. The communication from them has been outstanding when it comes to appt follow ups, medicine information and anything else that is pertinent to the care of our animals. Our experience has been fantastic.

Couldn't find my appointment on that day? Have too make another one again soon when availability arrived.

I love the staff here. They are so kind, patient and loving. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

I have had three very positive experiences here. I have a mastiff, and both vets were very knowledgeable with possible health concerns as she ages. The female vet really impressed me today as she was so kind to answer all of my trillion questions and was very patient. I have had dogs my entire life, and felt that the vets here are passionate and helpful.

Each and every experience I have with Sara, Dr Barber, Dr Duncan, Dr Ford, Mike, Jessica, Stephanie.and I'm sure I'm not listing everyone.but I LOVE these folks-they are caring pet providers, Boo Boo is always taken such good care of by everyone. Stephanie allows Boo Boo to announce himself:) because he yowls from the time I put him in the car.but he never shrinks from the lovely people who care for him at Banfield in the Petsmart at Carroll St-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you love your pet.

Dr and staff care about you and your pet! I would recommend this banfield hospital to everyone!
My puppy was not having enough socialization. Dr Langevin recognizes the problem and give helpful tips, and instruct the whole staff to help me and my puppy.this is a team who recognizes beyond the physical illness and gives help.mental/physical/behavioral are all part of the well being.thanks you all.

People are nice enough, but the company policies & pricing are outrageous! Buyer's beware, they won't just let ya leave without hitting you up for lots o $$$$! It's in the fine print that nobody reads.

You will pay half as much anywhere else for the same care/products. Don't join Banfield!

I was pretty surprised when I read some of these reviews. At this particular Banfield, I've had nothing but positive experiences with my 2 dogs. The staff are helpful and courteous. Dr. Duncan is phenomenal, thorough, and I completely trust her with my babies.

Not helpful, very rude and with a minor emergency did not seem to care at all or have any sense of urgency.
